Precure

What are your genuine expectations for the Star Twinkle Final Stage Play? It is set after the final episode and will show their reunion. Will it have anything plot-relevant?

I hope it doesn't, because I don't want to have to watch the play to get the True Ending.

Why aren't you coloring your favorite cure right now?

I want to know who had children and how many. Seriously, with the exception of Yuni (Because she is asexual) most if not all of the Twinkles should already have children of their own especially Lala who was already an adult by the age of 13. Toei can't seriously expect us to believe four 30 year old girls are still single or childless. That sounds literally more unrealistic than the whole Aliens thing. Woman always talk about their children so I expect them to show pictures from their phones or at least say "Oh I have two children back home".

It doesn't matter. If it didn't happen during the season it doesn't count for anything.

I lost everything on my computer. Please give me your precure reaction images. I need to regrow my collection.

Lala is gay.

Who is the writer? If it's one of the ST writers, it's canon on my book.

>Yuni
You don't know that.
No she isn't.

I hope it becomes a recurring thing from now on, I always wanted Precure OVAs of some sort, an extended epilogue in a stage play format sounds neat.

I don't know who wrote it but has a stage show ever had any important info in Precure before?

No printer

Let's see, the ones I see more likely to have children are Elena and Madoka.

>Yuni: Her kind doesn't seem to reproduce normally and is a complete mystery so no children likely.

>Lala: Could perfectly have 1 or 2 children but I can totally see her focusing 100% on her job and neglecting her love life.

>Elena: Definitely has children no way around it.

>Madoka: Could also have children but like Lala I wouldn't be surprised if the pressure to be a 10/10 daughter of the minister made her focus 100% on her job.

>Hikaru: She still gives me womanchild vibes so her being a mother seems unlikely but it would be a nice twist if she does in fact have kids.

The movie version of happy together is nice.

I know that they're generally one-off episodes with a "filler" feel to them, but I don't understand japanese, maybe a few of them revealed something interesting about a character or another? If so it should be a rare occasion that you would need to check every iteration of the stage shows (I think every season has 2 or 3).

In this specific case, the stage show was said to be set after the epilogue, maybe it's right after the last scene of ST, or maybe after a small timeskip, the setting alone certainly has more weight than your regular stage show, they're explicity marketing it in a way that they didn't with normal stage shows too.

Weren't there kids on Yuni's planet during the epilogue? I think they called Eyewon to play with or help them with something.
>Yuni: Her kind doesn't seem to reproduce normally
Where did this come from?

No colored pencils

Kamen Rider and Super Sentai doing Coronavirus warnings. How long before Precure does it?

At most I can't see it being anything other than a "Let's talk about the good old days" type of thing. Maybe they'll talk about a planet they went to that wasn't in the show.

All I know about the stage show (since there were some comics drawn about it) is one scene where Elena says that the best way to learn a foreign language is through a lover. Something along those lines.

why does adult Lala's hairstyle look like a dickhead?

I like the episodes that put more focus on the side characters, it makes the setting feel more alive. Nice to see that the Marble Screw didn't get completely sidelined once Rainbow Storm became a thing and still gets used a few times. Shame about Rainbow Therapy though.

Elena saying something like that doesn't sound very Precure to me. Isn't this marketed to kids?

Not sexually, but as a conversation partner I guess.

Looking forward to that; the past few episodes since Nagisa's date have been great.

Nagisa and Honoka's relationship is pretty binary, they give and receive, so you get more focus on the side-cast to spice up things a bit, when teams started to become a thing, the side-casts became smaller, most of the episodes count is given to the Cures themselves, which is good imo because you have more variety anyway from episode to episode in a team format, giving too much to the side-cast would remove from them.

It's 42 by the way.

Fair enough. Since the core cast is small then they can afford to spend more time on side characters. I was speaking more in the context of FW, if the cure team had 5 people instead I'd rather they prioritise making sure each cure has enough focus over going into the side cast. Even then Honoka deserved more focus episodes.

Don't say that, her new beret is very cute.

Splash star has this too I thought it was nice.

18 episodes into Max Heart now and still loving it. After it I think I'm going to watch Splash Star or Heartcatch.
That was one of my favorites too. I really liked the episodes that introduced the second half's antagonists also.

For me? Nodoka.

The seeds are a lot better than any of the first-half generals not named Kiriya. Helps that they have several scenes where they're not just talking about muh king or muh stones.

I think the context of this one was a thread on /vp/ where someone posted Minami in a Rayquaza thread which gets called fug sometimes, it's been many years since I saved it. I remmember an user said "Minami what are you doing here you're not fug".
