Kung flu need to be added to that list.

The Olympics are over too, and that's a good thing.

How did he inflitrate a chinese bio lab and spread the strain of the virus exactly?

For June? Sure. But they're going to do it either way. Most likely in December.

How many manga will never get any kind of ending because of this?

Not if half the planet is drowning in liquid snot by that time, which will happen.

>Japan still wants to host the Olympics, but in August.
Based or not?

>summer olympics in december

>just kill your nation over t**rists contributing to a short bump in spending followed by steep depression brah I need my quadrennial fix of niggerball and niggerjump

mfw I'm doing that every year but because of pollen

This has nothing to do with tourists. They're avoiding large gatherings. The virus is already everywhere anyways.

Wait what?

THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING.

They can hold their fucking Olympics but without the live audience, but the IOC won't let that happen because they are in for the ticket money.

Not, they should just cancel the Olympics. It's gonna ruin Japan a lot more than the virus does.

Not really great for Japanese people.
They're country will literally be in a worse shape than Brazil thanks to the cancellation.
Do you have any idea how much money has been poured by the Japanese for this event. Not to mention they're about to hit recession.

The markets already tumbled everywhere in the world. It's over. The Olympics won't be profitable if the stars aligned and Corona-chan fucked off by May.

His baldness is able to reflect light in such a way that he becomes invisible.

Recession is whenever the gov wants it to be or they are attacked economically.
Japan's miracle eceonomy was stopped by the US and china that began anti japanese propaganda.

I think the contract is that you have to do it the year you were told to so it's either very late in the year or millions down the drain.

>mild flu ruins everything

You have to admit the timing is perfect.

>mild flu
>scars your lungs for life

I would've never imagined the solution to olympics doomposting was a global pandemic.
What a timeline.

So does smoking.

they're insisting the olympics will go ahead so i doubt it

There are some sports that are not supposed to be played in the cold seasons due the different climate, even if they postpone to September onwards they are going to be fucked up again, not to mention the virus might still be circulating.
olympic.org/sports

maybe, if you are an ancient faggot or asian

The plan is to cancel all the large events now to make sure the cases don't increade and the games will not be cancelled in July.

Meh. The last corona virus suddenly
disappeared too. This whole thing will cost a shitton of money though.

>now
yeah, it's two months away. if they're going to cancel it it will be announced closer to the date but there's no immediate plans

>it will be announced closer to the date
It will probably be announced a few months in advance, like May or June when they will have to start setting up the stadiums and the other spaces.

Why are you all worried about the olympics?

I'm not worried but I'm interested in the developments of the situation since a lot of anime-related events depend on whether they still greenlight the games or not.

Not to mention all this western pandering in video games thanks also to the Olympics.

Anime ja nai

If they get hit by a recession will it make things cheaper to import or more expensive?

Wasn't the site closed for massive repair and changes anyway?

Yes, just a doomposting bait thread so there's nothing to see here

>mild flu
>Italian hospitals so swamped with patients presenting with respiratory failure that health officials are suggesting adopting wartime triage protocols, basically leaving old fucks to die
Y-Yeah, mild flu

SOURCE?

Cheaper, for goods/services made in Japan itself. A weaker yen means you get more per dollar.

Your team just lost the game to the underdog, loose, running off the chain

>liquid snot
As opposed to--?

Gaseous snot, idiot

As long as Oda and Aoyama stay safe and healthy all will be well in my book. Maybe a couple of lewd artists too but that's another issue.

Solid Snot, try to remember some of the basics of CQC (Corona quarantine control)

the fuck are you on about? Japan has been excited for the Olympics for almost the entire last decade, they put an incredible amount of money into their facilities and even moreso into publicizing the event. Not hosting wouldn't just immediately nullify the entire investment in the event since 2010 it would also severely drop the morale of a lot of Japanese people who have been building up the olympics for years. Cancelling it would be terrible for everyone in Japan

That's what I mean, if there's a recession in Japan will buying and importing stuff from them become cheaper? Fucking companies have been increasing the prices on figures yet keep fucking them up or not delivering what it's shown.

>whole world is grinding to halt
At least time to clear up my backlog.

>Mild flu
>So hard to breath that you just fucking die cause the pain is too much and not because of the lack of air
>If you survive, your become impotent
>Sever spine infection

Figures might get a little cheaper but only a bit. Any gains from converting from dollars to yen would be lost when converting from yen to yuan. The markup that Japanese companies add for their own costs (modeling, licensing, distribution, marketing, management) would be cheaper for foreign buyers.

literally .2% if you're not 80

I mean, would you want Comiket artists and patrons to risk infection? They made the right choice. If anything, cancelling events like this and keeping people quarantined will help the outbreak end more quickly.

Good.

I'm glad it's finally socially acceptable to be a hikkineet.

60+
Italy got some weird mutation form where 20 and under are also fucked.

Where the fuck is the source
