Since Mikoto knows about Dolly in the current timeline I wonder if we'll see any melodrama between her, Misaki and Dolly in Railgun or AB.

I felt Mikoto objectively knew about Dolly, so Mikoto will probably get involved in some incident which will show us how she knows about Dolly but I doubt she has met Dolly in person.

When Mugino escaped him, she was bruised implying he hit her physically and we know how much of a gorilla she is.

It's the best way to subvert expectations, Kamachi still hasn't done Index and Stiyl's backstory which he said he'll do and Stiyl hasn't given up yet if NT22R is anything to go by. If anything given how afraid Touma is of losing her, an ending where she chooses someone else can be a good situation for some character drama.
