Yukari's not the problem. The problem was this . As for Miku being Macaron it would depend on how she was incorporated into the rest of the team. At that point I would just tweak the whole thing and make Miku the pink, demote Yukari to side character and have everyone else join up around Miku because they want to make her happy with sweets or something.
