Which children has he touched? A 600 year old vampire (that looks like a child yes but is still a 600 year old vampire)? A dead corpse? A ghost? None of these are children, regardless of appearance. He doesn't even show a hint of attraction towards Nadeko, the closest the series has to a child-like character outside of his sister's and the lolis, and no actual children show up on his radar.
