I don't think they've ever made ship art. Plus that's not how Japanese merch works in general (unless it's Banana Fish or something). Individual charas get their own merch so if someone ships something and wants to create an OTP shrine or an itabag, the customer will have to buy double the products.

I feel like Komura Junko's scripts skew a little much on telling rather than showing and thus can be clunky at times, but at least that means there's a little bit of exposition dropped in every episode.

had a bathroom thought that I think applies to Precure: what's the threshold for stock footage to be worth the effort? Like you'd assume just using it twice means you've already saved time and effort but stock footage usually if not always has more effort put into it than regular animation so I feel like there's a certain threshold you gotta cross. I mean for example if you have a transformation that takes thirty seconds and use it every episode you've saved almost an episode's length of work across the year, but some attack stock footage for example only shows up less than a handful of times.

PreCure is special since it's an annual show with a structure that is heavily connected to toy release schedules. The indivdual finishers animation will be used a lot less frequently when the group finisher toy is getting released etc. Precure also uses stock photo every episode, so any given attack animation will be used like 10 times per series (and is future proof for movies and the like) which is definitely enough.

Or better then, Daruizen turns out to be his childhood friend who died from a serious illness and after healing him he gets reincarnated year later. Of course, Nodoka would be the one to give birth to him so it can work
