Honest opinion, I don't think that the identity of Historia's baby's daddy is that important of a plot point so yes, why wouldn't it be the farmer? If Historia's pov is kept hidden then perhaps for a reason and the entire short backstory of him feeling bad for harrassing her as a kid might be developed in more detail in her pov. Sure, you never know what possibility might lie ahead until the story is completely finished but it really feels like Eren somehow being the dad is reaching a bit too hard don't you think?

I'll be honest too as someone who doesn't care if/who Eren fucked, the reason a baby became an important plot point is because there's a baby in the final panel. At this point, no one else is pregnant, so I can understand why EH is sure they've got this in the bag. I personally think it's a massive red herring, and he wouldn't have released the last panel if it was this easy to figure out, but I'll be fine if it's not the case.
