fiends are weird, it's hard to say how much of their bodily functions are working normally and what is just devil juice powering them. power eats and digests food normally but was also apparently living off just blood for a while, so who knows if she actually needs to eat or just likes to, like angel and his ice cream.

If you were a regular civilian and a strong devil had broken into your home, would you call public safety or hire a private hunter. I feel like if you called Public Safety you'd end up with a fox sized hole in your house unless there is such a thing as devil insurance.

I think to qualify the devil should be able to damage others in the same way the fear does. So skin devil which changes the skin is not the same as ripping out the skin. I would think they are different devils.
