Well she did not physically traveled in time (since there would be two of then), just her memories can be send back to her past self and you really cannot really tell it apart from Precognition.
Also there is the question if she can do it since one thing is sending memories back to herself in the past and another is a unlimited number of Rebecca existing at the same time.
As this user said alone she can only do "mind time travel", to do real time travel you also need power over space. Now, do we know someone with that power? Maybe someone that controls "gravity"?
