Cute episode. I love it when a show puts effort into developing the relationships between the cast members aside fom how they all relate to the MC.
Also liked how the episode focused on Towa adapting to the doorm life, kind of necessary too since she's both royalty and from another world.

This episode pretty much solidified my impression that Healin' Good will have bad animation. I really hoped they would step up their game for this one, but oh well.
On the other hand, the fight was entertaining and clearly had a strong storyboard behind it even if the animation couldn't keep up, and character interaction is as good as ever.
So I'm hoping we may have a Fresh situation, with the animation being mostly bad but everything else picking up the slack.

He did explicitly state that he had no heart because he wasn't a human in this episode, though it's possible that the generals don't know their actual origins, considering how little they know about their master.
We also learn that Nodoka's mom stopped working when she started falling ill, and didn't have many friends while she was stuck in the hospital. We don't know how long she's been sick. I think I might have been the first to mention the hospital friend theory in these threads because it still makes the most sense to me with his earrings and catchphrase, but I would err on the side of caution, especially after this episode.

Regardless of Daruizen having any connection to Nodoka or not, I'd like if the generals were corrupted humans.
Considering the other option would be natural inhabittants of the Byougen Kingdom (which looks far too desolate to have an actual population) or corrupted Healing Animals, I think former humans fits way better.

That raises the question of how the relationship will go from Daruizen -> Grace as it currently is to Grace -> Daruizen in the OP, but there will be 40+ episodes for that I guess. I don't see anything climatic happening between them at the midseason point from what we know about the first ten episodes.
