I non-romantically love Anna.
That's fine
Horohoro is the best.
Isnt it cultural appropriation?
Yeah he was cool. Still liked that Yoh wasn't even the strongest, in terms of Furyoku, in his group:
1.Chocolove
2.Horohoro
3.Lyserg
4.Yoh
5.Ren
6.Ryu
7.Faust
No
Anyone knows what is going to happen with the sequel? Super Star ended but Takei is going to do another sequel to the sequel. When the fuck are they finally going to show the other teams? I was actually interested in learning more about the Shaman Kings other than Capitalism and Hao.
Don't know
>5.Ren
Renbros
A lot of really fun character designs in this, though I didn't read much I liked most of what I saw.
Hao > the rest
Hao's mom> Hao > the rest
I want to appropriate Anna's pits.
Can someone clarify for me the order of the manga and what sequels if any are satisfying or good?
isn't is that Jump IP who fucked off to Kodansha?
Read the original and then Kang Zeng Bang(True ending of the serie). That's about it.
the series with the world's most fuckable big bad
That's not Aizen
>Takei is going to do another sequel to the sequel
Are you joking?
>7.Faust
unironically one of my favorite manga characters ever, hes so edgy i love it
>worst moment
The first time X-Laws showed their "true" color, or should I say their biased view.
I was still a kid back then, so Marco's holier than thou attitude really pissed me off.
I always loved Yoh's attitude. Dude's just super chill and I like that.
Yeah, it was refreshing.
His fight against Yoh was great.
haven't seen a cool, bastardized native american themed manga since
>best moments
Oserezan revoir
Anna is too good for Yoh and she's not even my favorite character.
Once they started ressing (and getting powered up) for free, it went to shit.
Chocolove was based
>Gets introduced as a joke character
>Cast think nothing of him
>Breaks out a Oversoul
>We learn about his backstory
>Parents killed on Christmas Day
>Joins a gang called SHAFT and eventually become the leader despite being 11 years old
>Rules with an iron fist
>Kills a man on Christmas Day
>Meets his Shaman teacher
>Tries to kill him too
>Gets knocked out
>Trains with the old man once he finds out he can see ghost and starts to change for the better
>Gang members get salty and kill the old man for taking their leader away
>Chocolove beats their asses but doesn't kill them
>Lets the kids of the man he killed kill him for revenge
>Gives up his eyesight in Hell
>Comes back to life
>Has three spirits
>Strongest of his crew
Should we have a dump?
Does it even have enough interest here on Yas Forums left?
>Be me
>2010
>Read weird pastebin story
>Hao and the elemental five are taking turns with Anna
>Yoh is forced to watch
Sounds hot.
Official Comprehensive Mankinchad Guide to reading the series for Newcomers:
For EOP's(English Only People):
Simply read the fan translation in Mangadex and check any extras that might be missing in the VIZ release
After you're finished with it read Shaman King Zero and Remix Track.
Optional Takei related series/oneshot: Butsu Zone, Itako no Anna and Death Zero(these 2 oneshots get collected in Butsu Zone) which you can find in Mangadex.
Optional sequels: Shaman King Flowers, Shaman King Red Crimson and Shaman King The Super Star(currently still running but on Hiatus)
For guys who know Nipponese(Japanese) and want to read the original:
I recommend downloading the Original Tankobon raws from here manga-zipdotnet/archives/6055dothtml(replace the dots obviously)
If you enjoy what you read then consider buying the new digital Kodansha release(or waiting for a physical release).
Beware: This release is based on the Kanzenban version so while it has all the original color pages it features quite a few art alterations which might bother you. It of course features brand new redesigned covers which imo are nowhere near as good looking as the original ones or even the Kanzenban ones.
This is why I recommend reading the original Tankobon first.
Here's also a guide for which chapters which release contains.
patch-cafe.net/?page_id=3865
The new Kodansha version has the most complete version overall.
Also you can find Butsu Zone in RAW here
manga-zipdotnet/archives/6104.html
And you can find FLOWERS in RAW here
manga-zipdotnet/archives/177125.html
Somebody has also uploaded the first 3 volumes of the Kodansha re-release in Nyaa
Guide for the anime:
Either download this nyaa.si/view/1136542 or SOFCJ-Raws if you know nip(I hear it has a better bitrate still despite only being SD) if you can find a good torrent.
Download this for the Specials

I'm pretty sure Faust was stronger than Ryu no?
>Super Star ended
Red Crimson ended.
Super Star is still running but is currently on Hiatus.
Aizen is a shitty ugly rip-off and also a loser.
Go back to your shitty Bleach threads.
He's not edgy, he just loves his Waifu.
BTW he had an Light Novel dedicated to him recently.
Faust8: The Eternal Eliza.

Best boy: Yoh obv.
Best spirit: I don't have a favorite desu
Worst moment:
Original series: Oyamada Mansumi arc
Flowers : Pretty much the entirety of it, the shitty characters, how Tamao turned into a shitty Anna Clone(though Funbari no Uta is to blame for that and OH MY ATTACK HELICOPTER
Best moment: Pic related by far, this cemented what Yoh was about to me and captured the message of the series overall.
Seeing Yoh give his body to Tokageroh to do whatever he wants with it always chokes me up whenever I read this arc
>Anna is too good for Yoh
Other way around nigga: Yoh is too good for Anna and she knows it.
If not for Yoh then Anna would have turned into another Hao.
Honestly still don't understand Manta's purpose in SK, other than being Yoh's "best friend" I guess?
Nu-Tao Jun is hot as fuck.
Should Takei let his assistant Jet Kusamara(the dude who drew Red Crimson) draw Super Star btw?
What do you guys think?
IMO he's got Takei's current style down pretty well except it looks a bit more refined.
Takei kept having hiatuses last year and even this year too due to problems with his eyes so maybe it'd be best if he stuck to the story.
He's the straight guy. He's also important for Yoh's character seeing as he's Yoh's first human friend.
Don't understand why people complain so much about him. There's plenty of characters that are more useless and forgettable than him.
Faust became the designated Resser. Since he wasn't getting res'd as often, he fell off in power compared to the rest of the gang
>He's the straight guy
Ah, so he's the Shinpachi of SK.
>There's plenty of characters that are more useless than him
Yeah, Ponchi and Conchi.
I know that. Both Ryu and him were dropped in favor of Lyserg and Choco.
What I mean was I thought Faust had a higher Furyoku level than Ryu.
I don't read Gintama so I'm not sure.
He's kind of like a mascot character desu.
Faust:9.000(Initial); 12.500(Final)
Ryu: 8.500(Initial); 85.000(Final)
Is red crimson worth it?
He will retcon Yoh's helicopter death just like he did with Jeane's death won't he?
He will probably retcon Mikihisa's death as Yabisu's doing it as well right? That's how he gets Tamaonna to take center stage and fight.
These are my predictions.
>He will retcon Yoh's helicopter death just like he did with Jeane's death won't he?
If I remember correctly Hao brings him back like at the end of that chapter or the next one.
To think that this ended up being Yabisu.
Whatever happened to Flowers? A couple of years ago they said they were going to make another series but then they released nothing.
Jun was always the hottest ManKin girl
What happened to her again?
