I heard that critical staff (animators/ director/ seiyuu for maid dragon died in the fire, but I don't actually know if it's true.

No VAs died in the fire, there was an initial panic when the Hibike crew went radio silent for like 3 days afterwards but it got pretty quickly cleared up that it was just kyoani staff in the building

Director Yasuhiro Takemoto and about 10 other people from the production staff of this show died on the fire, no voice actors though.
