I'd say she's probably something like in-universe underrated. Reina, Asuka and Kaori are the obvious pretty girls, but in the end a lot of the girls and Shoe seem to want Kumiko's attention. Obviously her personality goes into it as well, but I'd assume she belongs to the prettier ones.

But there's tons of drama in this movie. I didn't even have a problem with season 2 but some of the stuff in this movie was almost too much for me. Mostly the girl that breaks down before the marching competition. That was worse than anything in season 2.

Probably. It's really well directed and builds a really interesting atmosphere that's distinct from the TV series. The difference in art between the reality portions and the storybook portions is also really cool. If you're prone to finding slow things boring though you may be like the other user and not be able to watch it though.
