Guys, the alliance isn't fighting for freedom. They are willingly giving up their chance at freedom for a higher ideal to them Freedom is literally the thing they care the least about. They're fighting to save lives, therefore if it was one of them closing the manga out, the theme wouldn't be a fight for freedom, but a fight to hold onto their morals. So whoever said "You are free" isn't an alliance member because they thematically do not care about freedom.
