Speaking as an invisibility fetish, I don't think that would work in either case.
In the first, it's not really a mutation quirk. Toru has "invisiblity", not "a transparent body". She is not made of glass. As shown by the post-training powerup, she possesses a zone of distortion that manipulates electromagnetic fields. This should be a property that Toga can duplicate.
Logically speaking, this means that rather than being see-through, it's more like photons slip over the surface of her body and proceed in the exact same path they were originally on rather than interacting at all with the molecules and atoms of her body.
Therefore: no, if you fucked her you would see your penis vanishing into thin air, as it gets enveloped there would be no photons to transmit to the corresponding outer surface of her body.
Similarly, we do not see food she eats. At least in this pic we see her drinking from a straw, but no fluids mysteriously floating in midair. Therefore, anything completely enveloped by Hagakure's invisible flesh is subsequently invisible itself.

Almost certainly because he can't actually "look" at her. Due to the nature of her quirk, you cannot actually perceive the space that Hagakure occupies; you are instead observing what's behind her field at all times. She is completely undetectable by visual means because electromagnetic data does not touch her skin. Whatever method Eraserhead's quirk operates under just does not qualify as "looking at her".
