That's a better explanation that just saying is not important, once again, Watamote is just slice of life but that doesn't mean to ignore a few things actually displayed in the manga, Minami laughing at Tomoko's make up or Nemo wanting Kuro to remenber the fist bump could be fine because well Minami is not really important and the thing with Nemo could be used in future chapters but this chapter was a bit dissapointing for me because of that, could happen too if we ever have a chapter that ends with a guy or Ucchi actually asking Tomoko for a date and then next chapter is about a secondary character doing something random and next chapter we are back at school and the date was offscreen and nobody ever mention it. Is not bad becuase is true that the plot here is not really important but is still a wasted opportunity.
