Negative EPS is OK, if it's not so negative that they won't be able to survive about 6 months (or however long it takes them to restart operations at full capacity + 3 months) it's literally bullish (that's what "priced in" means). If it's worse than that it's neutral to bearish, if it's much worse it's very bearish.
