I think the wind is out of thier sails now that it hasn't moved.

pajeet.

I prefer sophisticated ocean shitter sir

kek, glad the shills are here only when the mutts wake up, the shilling all comes from the US

name a hidden gem project with greater potential right now than the reserve protocol

There’s a lot of projects that actually do move and are worth purchasing over Reserve at the moment. However, you’ll want a solid bag of RSR by the time mainnet comes around since this thing is gonna fuckin rocket.

Some things take time, user.

How long did the early Chainlink buyers have to wait? Did Jason Parser betray the project? And now LINK is a top-tier coin.

RSR will be just fine, but it won't rocket up in the next weeks or month.

this shitcoin is at the same price as 28th may 2019

what a fucking waste of time

Take your ADHD meds you fucking brainlet, I literally said it hasn’t launched yet and will take a while before it properly gets going and that there are better projects if you want smaller gains sooner but your fucking sped brain clearly skipped over that.

fuck off why did you even shill this shit if nothing is ever happening

You're gonna wanna buy it before Coinbase

I’m not shilling the coin, I’m telling you it’s not dead and that we’re waiting for mainnet before it actually takes off. If you take a second to understand what Reserve is and bothered to keep up with it you’d realise this coin has more going for it than almost every other project in the space. However you’re clearly the type of brainlet that wants a pump as soon as you put $200 into a coin as if you were owed it for investing what probably amounts to 50% of your net worth

And within less than 30 days before the coronacrash, it had doubled in price to $0.005.

I like RSR. I like the people behind it and what they are trying to do. Gonna get me a big bag

Can you explain it to me man I don't know shit about this cone

>I thought Peter Thiel was big supporter of rsr
hes a big supporter of nevin's anus

It's a truly decentralized stable coin with a unique mechanism behind it - a utility coin (RSR) and the stablecoin (RSV). Reserve is backed by a pool of assets globally so as to ensure it can't be abused or shut down by governments and acts as a store of value against volatile currencies. Reserve actually isn't targeted at the crypto community: it's a currency that aims to grant a way for the world's population to keep their money safe in a cryptocurrency without them even realizing they are using crypto, with the main way of spending/sending/receiving the currency being through an app. The app was already launched in Venezuela since their currency was inflating 1000x daily, and was using PayPal to on-board their fiat into RSV. It being backed by most of the founders of PayPal is a huge plus, and the founders actually envisioned Reserve as what PayPal was supposed to be.

As for the tokens, RSR plays into this by being the utility token that works to keep RSV stable by granting RSR holders the ability to essentially jump the queue and purchase RSV from the protocol for $1 regardless of what the price is on the market as long as there is an excess of tokens held by the smart contract. So if RSV is worth $1.02 you can purchase it from the contract for $1 worth of RSR (which is burned) and sell for 2c profit. If RSV drops to say 98c you can purchase and sell it back to the protocol for $1 for 2c profit per RSV. Sounds small but stablecoins fluctuate all the time and I'd imagine most people would set up a bot to organize this trading for them as a means to maximize profits. Arbitrage is definitely the smart way to make money off this project since it allows you to essentially keep your position in RSR while profiting from the smart contract.

All while this is going on, the price of RSR is expected to increase sharply as demand for RSV increases. The whitepaper gave an example of $10, which would be amazing since you'd need less than 1k invested to be a millionaire, but I don't think that would be the case. Price estimates are all over the place, but I do believe there's a lot of money to be made with this project. The backers are so bullish, the team knows exactly what they're doing and they have enough advisors (even a former SEC commissioner) to ensure they operate entirely within US law, and the concept is absolutely unique and aims to turn the extremely stale stablecoin market entirely on its head. All that aside, I believe the best aspect of this entire project is that it gets everyday people who don't know the first thing about crypto to use crypto without even realizing it.

none of this matters because this shitcoin is dead and has been dead for almost a year now

give me the link to the FUD telegram group you're in

>still getting updates
>team doing amas in telegram
>getting listings all over the place for the past month
Man if you’re gonna fud at least use one of the more convincing copypastas, this is just pathetic

updates about what? Community AMA's?
team hasn't done any AMA's for months, they just show up sometimes randomly for a few minutes
listed where? some fucking shit irrelevant exchanges that didn't affect RSR in any way

They actively engage with the community and provide updates on the progress of the coin and how it can be affected by things like the proposed stablecoin ban. But your Ritalin-ridden brain seems to think they need a daily AMA or some shit so I guess it’s a matter of opinion

>getting new listings is bad because it’s not Binance and Coinbase I WANT SEE BIG NUMBER NOW me NEED BIG NUMBER
take your meds retard

Your dissatisfaction with Reserve seems to come down to some kind of lack of instant gratification associated with a coin that hasn’t even launched yet. In which case a few years might be a bit much for you, so I’d recommend taking your $400 investment money and putting it elsewhere - hopefully into a sturdy rope for when you realize what a moron you are. Best of luck, sped

LITTERLALLY A STABLACON

RSR has VERY LITTLE utility in the Reserve ecosystem besides DILUTING THE SUPPLY. The team has created a false narrative that you can make a lot of revenue through RSR/RSV arbitrage, which would create demand for RSR in the long run. But is it true? Lets dive in.

1) An excess pool of RSV has to exist in order for RSR holders to be able to arbitrage with RSR. How is this pool of excess RSV created? The collateral for RSV has to appreciate in usd value ABOVE the collateral target. That means you as a RSR holder CAN’T arbitrage until the vault is optimized to produce revenue/gain value against usd, which is unlikely to happen for YEARS.
2) RSV has to trade above $1 in LARGE volumes for the arbitrage process to be in any way profitable, which is very unlikely to happen – if RSV does trade above $1 peg, it will be in small amount of sell orders. Not to mention that the Reserve foundation will ALWAYS have a first actor advantage, deflating the pool of excess RSV tokens BEFORE any of the regular holders will have a chance to participate

Where does RSR then play a role? When the vault portfolio depreciates in value, the protocol will mint AS MANY RSR NECESSARY in usd value to INSTANTLY SELL on EXCHANGES for the deficient amount of collateral assets to get back to the target collateralization ratio. When new RSR gets minted, the circulating supply of RSR will be inflated, inherently lowering the value of previously existing tokens. Not only because there are now a huge amount of new tokens in the circulation, but also because the newly minted RSR were market sold as per the smart contract associated with the RSR/RSV arbitrage mechanism.

Example: if we have 100m RSV in circulation and the collateral depreciates 5%, the protocol would need to mint and SELL $5 MILLION WORTH OF RSR tokens. When the current RSR mc is only $16 million, vault deprecation would have a DRASTIC NEGATIVE IMPACT on the market price of RSR, making it EXTREMELY RISKY and unattractive to hold.

I have 750k but have zero hope for this coin. Bought in about a year ago. The team hasn't done shit with it. Thinking of selling and putting that $2k into MGM or CCL. Would be a better bet than RSR taking off at this point

Dead coin for sure

I’m selling and getting more Noia since their app is almost ready and Bill Norton sure knows he’s stuff around business models and the internet.

in one post you're saying I am ritalin ridden and then you're telling me to take my meds

my dissatisfaction comes from the fact that literally nothing has happened for the whole last year
