What is it like to work in the Netherlands, more specifically in Amsterdam? Can you live well working in the lower echelons of IT (desktop support analyst, repair/maintenance, etc)?

you better move to africa or mexico where a low level support person is still smarter than 99% of the population

It’s ugly. People are ugly.

shit

Kanker op sagbi

Kanker op we zijn vol

Awesome

we willen je niet dus kanker op
italiaan of spanjaard?

watch out for bikes user.. seriously

Sure, but housing in Amsterdam is quite expensive. You might want to live outside of the city if you want to save money and not live in a shit neighbourhood; the roads and public transport are really great, and your employer paying for your travel costs is pretty much standard in the Netherlands.

ignore the other meme answers.
i live close to rotterdam. regarding working in IT, it's almost as life-draining as working in japan. i know this because i have friends who work in IT. you are getting paid pretty good at least, but idk if it's really worth it desu
kinda have to agree with you there, though there are some absolute god-tier outliers. doesn't really matter though because the girls here are easy.

What's it like having that flag mistaken as being that of the French faggot?

please fuck off, we're full we dont want outsiders

Take the Rotterdam pill

and you clogs laugh at brits

guess it takes being bombed to dust by germans to rival the ugliness of brittoid cites

>the girls here are easy

chad ID

Dank u wel voor uw antwoorden (I guess I should use "je" instead of "u", but you know, I am not dutch).

>it's almost as life-draining as working in japan
I am currently living in southern Europe, so working conditions can only get better. How are the salaries?

>You might want to live outside of the city if you want to save money
That's exactly my plan, somewhere in the outskirts. My goal is to find a 1000€ rent.

Sell it to me.

>Can you live well working in the lower echelons of IT (desktop support analyst, repair/maintenance, etc)?
yeah considering they were hiring economists or other useless meme degrees juniors to code java...
not sure about living in Amsterdam, it kinda expensive, I was in a smaller and cheaper city, but in general dutch people are fucking weirdo, be ready...
probably the most weird people in the world

i saw your deleted test post OP

no u
we're nice

OP here. I know a few dutch people, so I can confirm that "dutch sincerity" is considered rude in other european countries. We are used to certain social conventions, like being polite even if you don't like that person at all. Really, we are not used to being spoken to so directly; we reserve that behavior for people we don't get along with.

britfag here, moved to NL two years ago
it's the same. nothing special. people are still cunts, but autistic cunts. don't like curly hair. the bacon is worse. the supermarkets are worse. the language is dying and cringe. nobody will use it to speak to you if you live near amsterdam anyway so it doesn't matter. the countryside is ridiculously flat. god forgot to shape it. things are relatively clean.

why are you even here

because it's about the same. no reason to leave. probably making this shithole better by being here, so be grateful

yeah thanks for paying taxes to a country you hate lmao

>hij denkt dat we uberhaupt belasting betalen
schattig

i hate them all about the same

I live in Rotterdam as well, mainly because I went to the uni there. Didn't really know all that much about Rotterdam except for its bad rep, but came to love it over time. Looking for a job now as I've finished my studies, but I hope to be able to keep living in 010.

:^)
are you jewish bro?

i hate those too

Hi user,
A real kanker dutchtard here.
Literally everything in this country is overpriced.
Cars, houses, food, gasoline, medical insurance. Taxes will fuck you in the ass.
You will pay 1,46 for 1 liter of gasoline, thats just because 80 cents goes to the goverment.
And it's flat as fuck over here.
Met vriendelijke groet,
Je moeder

don't talk shit about appie m8

appie is fine but it's ultimately just a more expensive tesco/sainsburys with an automated orange juice machine
