I understand the logic behind the doubt, and that the reporting requirements are pretty loose, but when you've got deaths per day hitting 700 or upwards, its kinda hard to deliberate like Sherlock on the cause of death when you've got several hundred other bodies to shuffle into refrigerated trucks.
Corners have to be cut in cases of extreme volumes of death. Especially when you still have to operate on a regular schedule with an ever increasing volume of patient that need tending to. It's not just a black-and-white situation.

If you don't know they died because of corona, don't count them as corona deaths.
The standard for counting the infected is like that: no positive test? Not counted as corona.
