We do a huge number of trades per day with just a very small edge. Retail can't profit from any advice I give (i don't have any).
Maybe sell options going into earnings - you can beat the market pretty easily with this as a solo trader.

sorry I meant sell options if you think volatility won't move much in the near-time
for earnings, you generally want to buy calls and puts and use the underlying stock to scalp the long gamma

I know from the pink wojaks that everything line-go-up-down-related is a nightmare, and I'm only here to laugh at them. What investments I have are in production equipment and in real-estate. I've got a few tenants who can't pay cause of the virus shit, but high rent, high occupancy and low mortgage payments mean I can take a lot of hits.

My t-shirt business however is doing great cause I shifted gears to produce designs either making fun of coronavirus or showing off feel-good slogans like "Stand together - Apart".
15-20 shirts an hour, $8-10 margin per shirt. Life is great.
