How many people even want to end lockdown?

Virus concerns aside (let's say it disappeared completely), if there was a vote:

A) Back to normal
B) Lockdown FOREVER (no parties, no pubs, no clubs, no travel, no work required and you get benefits/welfare to stay at home)

What would we get?

I'm a bong and here I would guess 80%+ would vote for B.

Most people do fuck all other than stay at home anyway. This is great news for them. It's another motivation for people to be spreading alarmist crap on FB, i.e. because they WANT it to be bad and they WANT life to stay shut down.

It could even be 90%, I don't know.

We are completely fucked

MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODS

A retirement community. You've invented a retirement community.

notice how
you ask how many people

it is like if everyone is fucked that will make things right
back to pol communist

i just want to go to the gym.

if i had a job that paid me well enough to be in a house with a garage gym id be good.

user, nobody WANTS to stay in lockdown, it's fucking everyone's shit up. We're only putting up with it so our hospital system doesn't collapse under the strain of hordes of coofers.

Most Americans are getting paid more for sitting on their arse, smoking meth and masturbating than they would grinding out thankless work weeks- tradies destroying their bodies, burger flippers spiraling into depression. No one really wants to go back.

>nobody WANTS to stay in lockdown

Plenty of people do, what nonsense. It's a dream life for many.

>so our hospital system doesn't collapse under the strain

imagine falling for this meme

>Plenty of people do, what nonsense. It's a dream life for many.

dang, can't believe Wuhan, Italy, and NYC all had their hospital systems explode because of a meme

i am dreading the day i have to go back to the office. working from home for the past month and a half has been a little challenging but much, much better than driving 35 minutes in soul crushing traffic. only downside is they cut our pay by 20% but it's almost worth it.

>I'm a bong and here I would guess 80%+ would vote for B

Not even close. Only people who were NEETs before this would maybe vote for B but everyone else would probably want to go back. The biggest redpill is people were already doing what comes easiest/natural to them and that is NOT the NEET life for most people.

I miss eating out at restaurants, but otherwise it's very comfy

>[citation needed]

See: this thread

or go out of your basement and fucking speak to someone. It's only the minority of people who like going clubbing or enjoy their job that actually want lockdown to end. It's clearly a dream come true for most faggots. Including you, you cuck.

>Wuhan, Italy, and NYC all had their hospital systems explode

Didn't happen, it's a meme.

You get the same here in England - people re-posting sob stories allegedly from ICU nurses and shit, saying it's like a warzone, bodies piled high, doctors dropping dead all over the place, etc.

This vs. govt figures saying we have 1000s of spare beds and are NOWHERE NEAR capacity, plus everyone knows a fair few doctors and speaking to any normal one of them confirms that work is really quiet rn and none of that bullshit is happening.

Spend less time on facebook, fren.

>The biggest redpill is people were already doing what comes easiest/natural to them and that is NOT the NEET life

Fair, user. I guess it would wear thing eventually, but 6mo off? Still feels like a holiday. People also avoid the NEET life for all kinds of social shaming reasons but if everyone is off, or if they're off [[[for a good cause]]] then that's dealt with and they can indulge their neethood.

I'm working from home and it's pretty comfy, but I do feel a bit spiteful that I'll receive no recompense for working while everyone else sits in the garden and does fuck all

It wouldn't be sustainable long term, I'd just say fuck this and join the lazy neets

Governments aren't smart. They don't implement lockdowns until it's already too late in certain areas. When they do, the lockdown they implement is intended to cover their ass.

So London is hit by coofing pakis, but the order will be to put every NHS hospital on high alert - clearing schedules and preparing spare beds.

Then, because the lockdown is in effect, Xi Jinplague doesn't spread to York or wherever the fuck fast enough to make a dent or use that area's surge capacity.

>dying london

Governments really are idiots for not letting that continue

To be honest, as long as I get nervous and the stores restocked and I have food, water and electricity or be happy if lockdown never ended. But that's not realistic.

>or go out of your basement and fucking speak to someone.
Source: dude trust me
So yeah, right back at you, stupid NEET. Nobody fucking wants this. We already have (retards) going out and protesting the lockdowns and it's only been a few weeks. Normies are going insane.

People prefer actual economic stability to uncertain emergency welfare packages (and places like the US are frankly getting fuckall atm, a one-time payment of $1.25k, whoop-de-fucking-doo)

>Didn't happen, it's a meme.
Dumbfuck conspiretard, how the fuck did it not happen in those places I mentioned. The reason places have OMG EMPTY HOSPITAL PARKING LOTS HOW COULD THIS BE is because they've postponed all elective surgeries and everything non-critical.

>Dumbfuck conspiretard

Imagine getting all of your news and information from fake sob-stories posted by "my girlfriend's dad's uncle who is a doctor, guys" and completely disregarding (or being unable to comprehend) hard numbers and statistics.

Imagine that.

You, sir, are a very normal human being, as it happens.

h y s t e r i c a l

How about a compromise?

The men go back to work, and the women stay home making and reading hysterical fb posts all day.

I could live with that, and my wife seems infinitely happier at home anyways.

This whole shit really exposes how utterly worthless the tertiary sector is, even though it's now 99% of the job market. 1% of people can produce all the primary resources we actually need, and the rest is just made up service bullshit we can perfectly survive without, this economy is such a meme.

Attached: slide_7.jpg (960x720, 113.64K)

p.s. for anyone who thinks people want to go back to normal/work, go and read any major news site's comment sections, it's 99% screaming about how dangerous it would be, how we need to stay shut down all year, how IRRESPONSIBLE it is for anyone to suggest otherwise.

Like this retard here who thinks hospitals have melted down just because some hysterical spanish nurse posted a video of herself crying on instagram.

Imagine how cucked you must be to crave waking up in he early hours to commute to a job you hate, then arrive exhausted back at night with just enough strength left to tuck your wife's kids into bed before you collapse.

>but muh bars and clubs

This is paradise.

Word. Vast majority of jobs are fucking pointless, just adult day care.

It will be a new normal because governments are going to decide that the methods used works when this is all over, and we are all going on lockdown every time an international coof rolls around. Man, I just want to be able to go back to the gym.

You do know those comments (where they even still exist) are moderated to steer towards whatever narrative the news outlet wants, right? Please tell me you are aware of this..?

Most naive motherfucker of the month.

For the people who still have to go to work lockdown isn't actually a lockdown. It just means you have to go work everyday, but now have no entertainment on the weekends to distract yourself from the grind.

>I'm a bong and here I would guess 80%+ would vote for B.
No. Especially when you forbid them to socialise and travel. Everyone is already moaning about not partying, clubbing, fucking, etc. People only grudgingly support the lockdown because they are told it is for the greater good. But while many enjoyed a few weeks off work to relax and do stuff around the house, or work from home, many are also very bored and hate not socialising. There are already people killing themselves over it.

OK donnie, enough with the trannies

I hope it stays in lockdown forever. I get paid to work from home and play video games all day
