How profitable is buying and selling cars? I got 2000$, surely I could turn that into 20k next year right?

you should watch the vehicle chop shop shows on netflix where they trade up, seems like alot of work

incel

>unconvincing wrench posture, the movie

>swivel attachment and a couple extensions

Are we supposed to be turned on by this shit?

Sounds like you have issues

you can buy em real cheap at auction but you really have to know a thing or two about cars. one bad deal an your fucked.

She's checking the measurements you incel, haven't you seen she is on her sixth attempt.

If you can literally do everything on your own, or at least get a buddy to help with the more hard labor parts like transmission and motors, you can do something with it. Trick is to know how to find the cheap deals: car being sold for really cheap with only a minor fix needed. Also, put on your yamulka and jew, jew, jew your way down as much as possible

Your better off learning to fix them. Brake jobs and timing belts are easy and can be done in your garage. If you are computer and electrical literate you can diagnose check engine light issues. If you want to flip used cars you will need to learn how to fix everything.

God the flat six is such a sex engine

what do you hate on them? the boobs? the ass? the vagina? the vaCOOMing mouth?

I'm more concerned about her grip.

Has anyone saved this picture yet? If not, might I request her?

You are thinking too small
Save up and get an auto wrecking yard if being around broken cars turns you on

That's a man

check state law. you need a dealer license to sell more than a certain number of cars per year. also if you live in a state where cars rust it's not possible. you have to buy rust free cars out of state and ship them in which incurs extra levels of government regulation.

bullish

You gotta have pretty good knowledge on not only the mechanical aspects of cars, but also the zeitgeist on the brands and models themselves in order to discern the good deals from the shit ones.

But cars, strip them and sell the parts.
Its called parting.

its like Drug Dealing. On paper it looks like Free Money, but it soon becomes a full time job with fair amount of stress and tension.

You gonna be dealing with idiots all day long, and figure you will get 2 scam attempts for every legit customer.

I seriously suggest getting a job at a dealership (new or used dept) first. Easy to get and easy to quit and you will learn a lot.

A fuckiny ton of work but guaranteed returnes.

if you're a skilled mechanic, you'll make more $ just fixing other people's cars.
There are going to be a lot of cars getting repossessed when the quarantine is lifted. They're going to run great and collect dust.

with that much money you're better off flipping furniture
vehicles require registration, paperwork, more transaction costs
people dump furniture all the time at the end of the month in an area with rentals, only need a truck/van and a friend to help you carry it

A man would never hold a wrench at such an awkward angle

Btw I’ll be buying from auction

Absolutely not. You are so young that you don't even know the proper positioning of the currency symbol in your native currency. You will be wrecked in whatever endeavor you pursue.

Hey user, I actually did this about a decade ago in Texas at in person auctions. It was a wild trip and hell of a lot of fun. Here's my advice -

1) The cars you want are impounds / seized. Look at the lists of available cars for auction. Pick out ones that are a newer year, as they have a better chance of not being wrecks, and being mechanically sound. My strategy was buying newer model cars that looked clean. Most of the dealers at the auction won't touch them. They want scrap or cars for repair, and chances are the nicer cars are going to fetch a bit more - but the margins can still be great.

2) Get a good mechanic friend. Post on craigslist for under the table jobs. When you get a car, if it doesn't run perfect, and it's beyond your scope, give them a call.

3) Have cash. I would bring $10k in cash to every auction. If you don't have a starting stack, you can't do this.

4) Look up the relevant laws for where you are. Some of the more red states have very few. I'm in Ontario now, and it's not possible for me here.

Best of luck, will hang around a bit if you have any questions.

I'm salty she has a 911 when I can only afford a 951

Having amazing times with a woman, including raising kids, is one of the greatest thing in life.
