Go to where all the jobs are

>go to where all the jobs are
>housing is fucked because everyone wants to be there
>go to where the housing is good
>no jobs
How the FUCK do you make enough money to buy a home without either having your own business or working in a trade?

Work and sacrifice for several years, banking on Bitcoin causing a financial revolution. What the fuck else are you going to do?

That pictures takes me back to sixth grade. The good old days of X-Play.

Commute

Did some quick math and after taxes it makes more sense to find a $15/hr job in the middle of nowhere than an 80k job in any major city. I couldn't factor in stress but I'm sure working at Walmart is easier than being a project manager

>How the FUCK do you make enough money to buy a home without either having your own business or working in a trade?
You dont.

Boomers did this then, opened trade to a global market to support a lavish lifestyle meanwhile forcing you to compete with slave labor abroad.

Become a successful entrepreneur, learn to trade in secondary markets, or run the selection gauntlet to become a highly specialized service worker (i.e., chemical engineer, etc.).

All said and done, maybe 5-10% of the zoomer/millenial generation will live decently compared to their parents/grandparents. All the rest are destined to be slaves.

Remote job + LCOL

I wonder if she knows how many countless young nuts were busted looking at her

Did you ever heard about a guy called Brenton Tarrant?

>spend 3hrs a day unpaid getting to work
>spend 200 on gas a week
>ware and tear on the car bleeding me dry
>cant afford a down payment on a house anymore
>have to ask for some extra shifts just to pay for my commuting costs

JFMSU

No, tell me about this Mr. Tarrant

This is basically what I'm doing. Own my own home and I live 10 mins away from easy job. Fuck it. I make enough to live and shitpost with minimum work. Being a bachelor is easy once you stop trying to prove something.

My favorite episode was when they reviewed shittiest games and the #1 was some trucker game. Also Screensavers with Leo Leoporte and Patrick Norton RIP tech tv

Did it makes you feel better The older guys still makes like weekly shows on YouTube and seems pretty happy

Commuting is a meme. You lose so much time and potential income. Would never live less than 5 minutes from work.

>Lived with mum for 7 years into my career
>saved up $300k
While you alpha cunts were smashing pussy I was jerking off to whoever was on my computer screen and now I own a house

work in the city eg manhattan and buy a house where you can afford eg upstate newyork. Rent the house out and use those profits to help pay your rent where you live, you are still on the property ladder and getting mortgage paid down from your payments

This, commuting blows. Only reason I stand it is because I work 12 hour shifts ~3 times a week, and so I commute less than average and half of that commute is at night when the highways are empty. But I'd still much prefer just having a house that's a neighborhood away from work.

this lol.

>ware
You'll never make it.

can you post about something that matters

Big Muthatruckers?

I watched a lot of the Revision3 back in the day and saw the TWiT stuff but just doesn't feel the same. That live TV channel experience was comfy. Plus Leo Leoporte is such a boomer/coomer now

Get a used car with solid gas mileage.

you buy 32 eth and wait 12 months

Start a farm in Kansas. You live with your own sacrifices and don't have to do nothing for anyone. I honestly don't know why people aren't taking the farm pill.

"Big Rigs" this is the episode youtu.be/zLRo47t1uhE?t=192

How much income do you lose commuting versus how much you spend living in an expensive home?

sounds like it matters to op

buy bitcoin if you want to make it

thank the jews for printing money for the past decades which only makes housing more and more expensive while your savings are being devalued each day
>b-but inflation is good for the economy
yeah, maybe for the rich landlords so that everyone else is forced to stuff their pockets
