You're going to bust your ass learning complex shit for years just for the chance of a job and be laughed at and underpaid for not having a degree. Even if you do, Indians and shitworlders are taking most of those jobs despite their poor ability. If you are competent, you will be forced to train them before getting fired. It's dreadful mind numbing work stuck in an office where power tripping HR whores can terminate your job in a whim. Those much touted "100k" are by living in an extremely expensive city. Either you live at the poverty line or commute two hours every day. With the exception of web development, it's hard to convert those skills into self employment.
