How does one become a LandLord?

I bought two student apartments 270sq ft for 25.000USD each, no additional fees or taxes since it was a foreclose by court.
Renovated and fully furnished it with IKEA cardboard garbage that looks stylish and I am renting them out for 450USD/months. Including all work and other expenses they will be paid off after 5years.

Buy a house for $75,000 rent two rooms for $500 each, boom three years you own the house. Repeat as many times as you want.

Millennials wont do thus because houses should be free under communism or something

$500*12 (months)*3(years)= $18.000*2= $36.000 ≠ $75.000

And you havent paid taxes yet, no insurance , no renovations etc.

men can suck other men's dicks

Oh I forgot millennials are too lazy to have a job

>when Real Estate prices are galloping faster than you can save up money

Yeah, nah. There is a reason this market is so bloated, you can't go against the billionaires who just outbid your every quality purchase (UK here, one does not simply become a Landlord).

For 25k you don't get anything decent in Germanistan. Except maybe Chemnitz or a small town or a shithole. Name the city!
