Dress like you're going to work. Keep your old routine of waking up and "commuting". People too often just use the time to sleep in and wind up telling their brain to fuck off in the process.

Make a todo list and write 5 things down that you have to do. Break the first thing down into sub tasks. Then break the first sub task into a retartedly small sub sub tasks like "stand up", "walk to this room". That way you slowly start up the momentum of getting shit done.
