Not memeing on you, OP, because I am bored and feeling generous. I bought link in 2017 and went all-in after reading the AssBlaster posts. I have 20k link. The lowest I bought was 20c. The highest was $1.

You are not too late, but to "make it" (like make a million dollars) you will need to accumulate at least 10k link. I think there is still time to do this, due to the coronavirus and impending recession/depression we may be waiting some time for the real moon mission. Just my opinion, I may be wrong about that. Anyway, just accumulate as much as you can. Sell things if you have to. Get a job.

In any case, when LINK hits the same mcap as XRP now, it will be worth around $50. This is my low-end estimate of LINK's potential.
If LINK got to ETH's mcap, we would be looking at $300.
So $50-300 is reasonable. And yes, LIINK *will* be a top 10, then top 5, then probably a top 3 crypto. I am basing my confidence off 3 years of daily research, autism, and biz threads. If you care to read through the archive and do as much searching and reading online about smart contracts, oracles, derivative markets etc as I have done, you will probably come to the same conclusion, unless you are retarded.

Unfortunately, if you don't do the research, you will either:
1) panic sell as soon as there's a crash/dip (just like the nulinkers who bought at $4 or more, notice how quiet they have gotten? they panic sold lmao. I bought at $1 and watched it crash to 20c, but due to my research, I was so confident just fucking bought more, and am now in the money $$$)
2) sell too early when LINK goes up by a couple of dollars, then kys as the price rises to double, then triple figures.

So, there is no point spoonfeeding you information. There is just too much to understand in one post. The only way you will understand and develop iron hands is to read archived threads from before biz became a shithole and the OG linkies left.

$300 is too conservative.. if Link happens to reach the ATH marketcap of XRP it would roughly be ~$400 per token. When smart contracts begin to reach mainstream adoption and LINK circulating supply begins to diminish as it gets locked up in order to be used as collateral there’s no reason why it shouldn’t blow past that marketcap.

Yes, you're right, I am not even accounting for what happens with BTC and the total mcap of all crypto.
But I think if this coronavirus badly hurts the economy, and bitcoin doesn't go bull as we have all been hoping for, then we will be waiting a long while for more than $300.

Coinbase is the most convenient exchange for US individuals. Don't bother with a hardware wallet until you've got a substantial amount of money in your Coinbase wallets. If/when you get a hardware wallet, send several test transactions of small amounts to see if your wallet works properly.

I bought my Trezor after my portfolio hit 1k. It's a lot more convenient than installing various wallets on my CPU.

One more thing, you store ChainLink tokens in MyEtherWallet. There is no software wallet for ChainLink as far as I know, and I wouldn't recommend storing any form of crytpo on a Windows device, if you have one.
