How many cycles did you do? Did you keep or lose a lot of the size and strength after coming off?

I worked out for a year consistently before, stopped for a year, then started again a couple months ago in my home gym doing progressive overload. Seriously considering just hopping on to speed this shit up. I love fucking cheating at shit. If I could make like 2 years of gains in a few months and then maintain it somehow that would be amazing.
