Just trying to motivate you lazy fuckheads to start some projects. Dear diary - I built a course around a niche topic that I personally liked and which is super obscure but has about 500 searches per month - You can learn that stuff for free from youtube and websites but my course is well structured and looks high quality - It was not easy because I am lazy and have high expectations. All the stuff I did not like doing I outsourced. In total I spent about 500 euros on writers, grafics, videos, almost all on fiverr - I don't worry about investment costs (i.e. quality content) but try keeping running costs low. I only pay for hosting and domain, it runs on wordpress and free plugins. Payment is via paypal - The topic is an evergreen, meaning I don't heave to update it ever. That's what made me willing to invest. I expect that thing to run for 10 years - I spent about 20 Euros in Google search ads until I made that first 40 Euro sale. I am about to put 500 in seo for a few high-quality permanent links from quality blogs

There are websites that have a portfolio on blogs and websites to buy sponsored posts, guest posts or product reviews. But it is some work to wade through the offers as most are just content farms or ridiculously expensive. There are some genuine people there for example who are freelancers and place a post on their personal blog for $100-150 as long as it is not some shady project.

Understandable, but the only way to do this is offline, darkweb or if you have very few high priced customers whom you know personally and which you trust and pay you in cash. Maybe if you run some super expert kind of business for customers that can't expense your costs for tax purposes could be a market for that.

But I was also thinking about offering a premium as a print-on-demand because I am trying to go for these people who don't want to watch endless youtube videos and prefer paying for a clear plan, structure and path to the skill.

There is a free word press plug in called Simple membership. You can protect posts and pages that only members can access them. The site has just a paypal button for the two options. I create manually with the plugin a new user and send the username/password/url to the person who bought it. I guess it could all be automated but I am too stupid to do that. There are also paid plugins to handle payment and member areas but they charge at least $40/m.

The site is really simple - Landingpage - Previewpage - About us - Sales page - Login page (and in the login area one overview and for each day of the course a page).
Most work was structuring the content for each day and then getting it all produced by writers and a few illustrations.
