Each night I get in bed around 3 am to go to sleep but I toss and turn and cannot fall asleep until 6 am. Then I wake up tired around 10 am and repeat the next night. How the fuck do I fix this? I literally have not set foot outside in the last 6 weeks because I’m not allowed to right now.

way I do it is to force yourself to get up early and then put up with the bullshit tired all day and go to bed at the normal time. wash rinse repeat.

I just stick with a strict schedule. 0500 I take 2 clonidine, a Doxylamine, and melatonin. I start watching TV and at 0600 I'm usually yawning and go to sleep. If not I take another one each pill and just try to sleep anyway. It's not unusual for me to stay up as late as 0700 or even 0800 but regardless I get up at 1600 and take a caffeine pill and Adderall. I used to have two glasses of red wine with my sleeping pills but I'm trying to gain weight again and alcohol is horrible for that. If I were to drink tonight I'd drop 2 to 4lbs easily by my next weighing. I weigh myself after my Adderall and caffeine induced shit and piss torrent each day. I also take 125mg test enanthate and 200mg tren enan twice a week. Can't go much higher without needing to add an ai and other shit. I take no ancillaries and prefer it that way. 3 days running/yoga and 3 days heavy lifting will make you plenty tired enough to stay routine. Twice a week doing a castor oil salt scrub is also nice. Burns like hell but it's invigorating as fuck. I feel like I could rape a bull after my oil baths, and almost horny enough to want to.
Absolute best sleep I achieved just with jogging in the morning a little bit and taking melatonin for the first week or two before bed. The jogging made it so the moment I wake up I bounce out of bed, zero grogginess.

You're a fucking mess and you know it. As long as you need uppers to be awake and downers to sleep you're an addicted wreck, so get clean.
do some workouts at home and go to sleep only when youre sleepy, who cares about what time it is when you haven't stepped outside in 6 weeks

Very bad advice. If you have ADD there's nothing that works better than whatever works best. Same as anything else. For some it's Ritalin, others like Vyvanse or that weird non-stim one.

Melatonin. Just don’t overuse it, i had gotten to the point where i could only sleep whenever i popped melatonin pills and it actually made my sleep schedule worse because of that.

i'm currently switiching schedule , i was falling asleep around 4-5am, waking up 12-13/14.
set your alarm everyday for same hour, in my example is 10am. first couple of days are rough, dont go for any naps, dont overdo coffeine.
take like 2-3 hours max off the top. also don't eat ANY CARBS rice/bread/candy at least 6 hours before you go to sleep, drink a lot of water.
i do intermittent fasting which is godmode for eating food, so i usually eat 4 hours in a day only, and run on water for 20 other hours.
also install flux on your computer and phone, and try not to use phone/pc for at least 1 hour before sleep.
going to bed 2 hours before going asleep, read like 40 pages, and then just relax. focus on breathing, relax your muscles, relax your face etc.
you can massage your jaw,temple and around eyes before.
also workout you fatfuck.
and also i pray to God everytime to end the day and be thankful for all i got and survived.
'why we sleep' really explains everything, also why melatonin is shit unless for short term fixed jet lag when traveling eastwards. Also how caffeine and alcohol wrecks your deep sleep, ultimately killing sleep quality.

stay awake till 6, then keep going. as long as you can go without sleeping. ull probably knock out around 2pm. if u wake up after 4 hours, sleep as soon as you can again if ur not sleepy at the time you want to be. if you wake up after 8, repeat the same thing till your sleeping at the time you want. you can stay awake all day the first day with energy drinks. but ull be a hit hungover from the sleep deprivation and energy drink mix. if it makes you sleep longer than usual and wane up too late, then you need to try again. gotta wake up naturally at the time you want to be up, for you to be tired 8 hours before
