Decent, but why not just go for the modern eagles? You’ll probably pay more of a premium for the pre-33 gold.

Hmm patrician taste

Is good gold, but bad investment. What you expect gold x5? LOL Get ZANO coins instead.

>cleaned
It will never have any collector value

But it holds its worth in gold right?

Gold will easily 5x

It's only 1.5 g of gold. Do not buy this if your investing for wealth preservation purposes. Just buy a sovereign or quarter ounce gold piece if you want fractional.

Thanks for your input. So about francs...are those fine?

Bump

Not that user, but yes, if you want to stick to old coins choose french 20 francs or swiss vrenelis instead.
They have the least premium over spot price among the old coins.

ok thanks man

or british sovereigns, which are 7.99g .916 fine

Real chads collect ancient gold. Just bought a solidus of Tiberius II.

If you want Older coin's sovereigns or half sovereigns are great. Very recognisable. What's your budget?

I only want to spend $500 today. Last week I spent $500 in silver. So today with my trumpbux I want to put 500 to gold

Help me decide biz. Sounds I get a bunch of sovereigns or a chonky 50g bar?

At least buy a 1oz one brah. I just bought one last week

GET FRANCS!

I've got two of those, just in a slightly higher denomination.

Also if you've never seen a gold dollar, it's roughly the size of the nickel.

Absolutely

I hope silver really goes sky high because I still kinda regret trading all my sovereigns for a monster box of ASE.

Imagine paying $220 for $1.

imagine being a retard

There's only about 85 dollars worth of gold there at current prices. The reason these coins have such insane markups is because a lot of them got destroyed or fucked with because Black people used to mount them in jewelry. The only way to not get screwed with coins like these is to buy nice condition ones that are graded and hold them.

It will don't worry. Once it moves it will be like nothing people have seen before.

Very wise decision. Fuck the fed. What about a 1/4 ounce Britannia from apmex. Or golden state mint check out
