Had a similar situation happen to me. I was working at this shitty retail job and this huge black guy i used to work with just starts chimping out and screaming at my face for no fucking reason. I was always cool with him. I am not a bitch by any means, i was raised in a place that would make many “thugs” shit themselves so i started screaming back at the motherfucker threatening to beat him up until he started shitting himself if he didn’t shut the fuck up and tone his voice down, and that he wasn’t talking to his bitch momma. He gets closer to me, now literally screaming 5 inches from my face and I don’t even FLINCH my nigga, i just stay there staring at him like i was about to cut him up and feed to the dogs once we were done. Screaming and threats ensue forth and back for a couple of minutes, and when i see that he’s not going to hit me first (nigga was all talk and deep down a little bitch) so i can use my right of self defense, i just get out of the room, call my manager and refuse to work for the rest of the day.

I reported what happened to every single person i possibly could, and we avoided each other for a whole month. Nothing happened to him though because the company was shitty. He later apologized to me and was fired after being caught stealing shit, lol

Yelled at me several times to do work, "I am not going to let you sit on your ass all day watching tv!" She kept checking up on me through the door frame to see if i was on my phone. I was sweeping and turned around and she was watching me through the patio glass door, I had squatted without knowing she was there and my underwear was showing so i felt violated. She then shouted at me in front of my coworkers and said i was not working properly when in fact I was and that she wanted the windows cleaned by the time she got back from an errand.
