i dont have any hobbies. we use the building for our business currently but im planning for the future and going to assume we close our business which would leave us this building. already paid off half the mortgage and we're in a pretty good area.

thought about it but weed is illegal in my state. once it does become legal it will be very tempting to do something like that

I worked a summer gig job for a fabricator who was working out of one of these, he had rented his own quadrant of space for us to build in and cordoned it off from the rest of the building which was rented by another fabrication group. Seemed like a pretty cool setup, I think the owner just rented out the space to various fabricators to do their work in.
