Is INSW a storage place? DHT has gotten a shit ton of contract to book tankers for 12 months. They don't even have to bring it anywhere. Literally they can port anywhere and collect money. They way I see it, anybody who stores oil is a buy. With limited space, you can charge a premium. Fuck, if an oil company wants to pay me they can stack barrels in my fucking garage and empty pool if they want.
