Is it time to buy NCLH?

I'm buying on Monday. Almost bought at $19.50 but knew it would be a mistake.

Its down damn near 20% today, thats so fucking tempting.

Just have the Panamanian government bail you out bros

Attached: 1565373928112.jpg (345x336, 214.33K)

Norwegian is literally going sub $5. screencap this

good. i am so fucking glad to hear this.
it would have been a good way for those DC idiots to spark the light up of the torches and pitchforks

fuck those cruise ships
yeah they're cool and all but they damn sure have not earned a right or need to get baled out by the us tax payer. fuck what were they even thinking

they also have an email scandal going on where they knew about covid on their boat and sailed anyway

muh floating buffet

Was looking to book a cheap cruise but they are still way over priced

Yeah I think Florida is thinking of suing them or something like that. That's the only reason I didn't buy earlier.

None of the cruise liners are American companies. Why should they get a bailout?

you are correct

They wont go bust, I think we all know that.

Carnival??????

mot US based.

Most of the cruise companies are owned by Carnival Corp, which is based in the UK. Princess, Carnival, P/O etc. All under the umbrella.

NCL/RCL are different. Not sure about them

Should have lobbied better.

>$9 billion dollar industry in florida
>At risk are 150,000 Florida jobs and $7.7 billion in wages

miamiherald.com/news/business/article241024641.html#storylink=cpy

brainlets youtube economist detected

hurrr durrr they register over there
hurrr durr they hire filipinos instead of who American whites? to work in ships? you fucking incel morons.

I think that's the point of the article. Even if they were fully American companies, I wouldn't want them bailed out anyway, they're the pinnacle of excess and don't need to exist, especially at a cost to the taxpayer.

They are international companies that do business in the US and deliberately fly flags of convenience to get around regulations and taxes. Just because they have American employees shouldn’t entitle them to bailouts.

Derelict cruise hulks would be a pretty cool place to explore.

or Liberia.

Honestly these float titanics flag their vessels in other countries to avoid taxes and now they want a bailout?

Cruises are like the Applebees of vacations. They will die with the boomers.

FUCKING PLEASE BE THIS

150k is gonna be fucking chump change by the end of next month

Attached: 1585293284056.jpg (2135x1628, 293.7K)

Cruises rock. Cheap, booze galore, lots of sluts, don't have to wander too far around.

eat shit. we dont fucking care about cruise ship companies. its the last god damn thing we need

Good. Fuck those flag of convenience flying niggers. They are the cancer of the maritime world. Why should the US bail them out if they almost exclusivity hire foreigners and sail with a Bahamas flag?

>Cruises are like the Applebees of vacations

lmao, this is so true. Cruises are for white trash. The entire "industry" is a waste of resources. Nuke it and move on. Luckily those retards aren't even technically "American" industries.

Wait---

are you telling me the most dirty polluting boats won't get a dime to keep their luxury business up and running and polluting?

Where's the trick?

Attached: pillowdestroyer.jpg (1640x574, 182.51K)

>muh jobs
And giving company money so they can buyback stocks and give out dividents saves them how?

You were born too late too appreciate the luxury of excess, faggot zoomer.

COPE

>Cruises are for white trash.

Caribbean cruises are 90% of wealthy retirees

Trips checked.

I was going to suggest commandeering cruise ships to serve as floating hospitals or quarantine centers. But they're probably too germ-infested for that to work.

Good thing I cashed out my RCL calls yesterday for a 50% gain.

Source on that comic

Good. Tons of them don't even fly under the American flag lmao

None of them fly you retard. They're boats stupid fuck

That's for the CCL cheapies.

Good. We should sink these abominations after stripping them of anything toxic and create artificial reefs all over the world. Fuck cruises, fuck the boomers that go on them.
Cruises are for trailer trash, plain and simple. That's the only people that ever go on these garbage """vacations."""

Toxic ass industry that does nothing but pollute, pay their workers shit wages working 14 hour shifts, dump trash in the sea, spew out CO2 emissions from bunker fuel. Fuck them, fuck their ships, I hope they all fail.

Based cheeky bastard

Dorohedoro

Thanks!

Target on CCL?

This is probably the end of this industry. The Queen Mary II will live on and maybe a couple of the niche ones but this is it.

Honestly, they should be. They dont even employ Americans which is the whole reason people try to say to give the corporations taxes. Every cruise Ive been on the whole fucking crew is some kind of filipino variant. The only white people around were the captain and higher ups

I expect one of them to fail within a week.

Let it be before next friday

$0

>those anons bragging about "buying the dip" on cruise lines

cnbc.com/2020/03/27/four-dead-on-carnival-cruise-ship-amid-new-coronavirus-outbreak-aboard.html

Fucking boomers are still taking cruises and dying on ships.

holy shit lmao

Attached: 1469198109520.gif (800x786, 843.87K)

this is like buying the dip on Enron except it could not be more obvious that all of these firms are going to fail. if you buy these stocks you are buying bags.

lol

Booomers gtfo
Very nice

The dip you want to buy are the shipyards, which are strategic assets and will be bailed out or kept afloat with new orders. Governments can prop up demand for new shipping by filling orders for all sorts of civil and naval needs.

Look to buy Fincantieri SpA or Meyer Werft GmbH, who are going to get absolutely pummeled but will not be allowed to fail by the Italian or German governments. Hyundai doesn't present too much of an opportunity because they are so diversified.

Taxes are thievery. Not paying taxes is geroic resistance against the government's abuses.

I have $2k on RCL puts. These companies are going to suffer next week.

Attached: baste.jpg (1001x1058, 220.86K)

People are acting like their going to still the boats for scrap..
No. Some rich people will buy the boats for cheap and start their own cruise lines with them. It's not a problem.
You run your business on thin margins you pay the fucking price. YOU GET WHAT YOU FRICKING DESERVE

Uh oh
