What was it like? Also don't be a wanker and LARP if you haven't.
Anyone here actually tested positive for corona virus?

I actually thought I had it, after getting a sore throat and breathing problems (breathing problems which I'm still having issues with). But it's most likely to do with my acid reflux issues.
are you me?
don't know a single person sick with this
not even online
weird
I do
You most likely do they just don't know about it
A guy I know in Cape Town got it and said it was fucking awful. He caught it in California.
He posted a pretty good video describing how much it sucks:
I have the misfortune of knowing many people with it. They all traveled by plane within the past 2 weeks. Most did not self-quarantine after traveling. Very soon, as in less than a week, I guarantee you will know people that have it.
Some tl;dw info:
>Lose sense of taste and smell
>Absolutely zero energy. Unable to move.
>Intense breathlessness
>Feel like you've run a marathon just by walking to the fridge
>Intense night sweats
>Extreme panic
>No appetite
>Heart races, head spinning, eyes and ears super sensitive
>Intense pain in the chest
>Muscle cramps
Im now one with my escape. I can browse without having the pc on now. Its ok to get the chip guys
Definitely want to avoid catching this shit
my grandfather is gonna die soon. my mom might die and and i have it
fucking hell how does this human meme not realize what a dickhead he looks like
>yeah i was really sick and thought i had the virus
>so i went out with all my friends
>took a flight across the world
>saw my whole family
>went away on a weekend with a bunch friends
>went to big music festival
>had a wedding
this dude could have singlehandedly infected hundreds
Also from cape town, get to house sit a mansion in oranjezicht for the 3 weeks of quarantine with a friend, not so bad. Gonna get shredded in the palatial garden
Also, lol at the "for the purpose of scientific research" thing at the beginning. As if any scientific researcher are watching his youtube blog.
Super jealous. Stuck in my house in Plumstead with my wife and 4-month old son and no Mr Delivery so can't even order a cheeky nandos...
At least we can still go out on runs.
Friend of mine has it, says he drinks a lot because his mouth is so dry
I wouldnt want to have it but there's a lot worse
I know someone they described:
>cough
>then fever
>then sense of smell left
I think is was bad, but she is pretty young.
my uncle and auntie were in italy and got it
on the day UK announced 36 cases or w/e they were lumped in those
he said he had a cough and a sore throat for a week lmao
my auntie was a bit worse off and took longer to recover but had the same meme symptoms
they are in their 60s
total meme
Apparently that announcement about the runs wasn't official and we may not be able to. Announcement still coming.
It is almost like it has different effects on different people...
So like the feeling I have watching the PNK charts when I am all in? Just kidding it has been mostly pleasant.
I am positive to corona virus, now i'm gay.
W-wait, it seems i hold chainlink too.
“A guy I know”
You know youtubers are lying when they say that their subscribers are their friends right?
We went to film school together. Both of us dropped out. He became a YouTuber, I became a bag holder.
Did you suck is dick?
You can bet on how many people will die coronacoin deathbet
here's some boomer who used to work for national geographic or something who gives his account of getting it, it's not super exciting but probably a typical account of a somewhat severe case youtu.be
this just sounds like me once a week or so
I reckon I had it back in mid-January. Started with a dry cough, and then spent about a week in bed with high fever and cold sweats, coupled with body aches and weakness. Normally very healthy and had literally never taken a sick day off work before, but this kept me off for a week. Live and work in central London and they've estimated that corona reached London in mid-January at the latest, so it's definitely feasible.
On the other hand, it's also possible it was just a bad bout of the seasonal flu. Hopefully they'll send out tests in the next couple of weeks and I can check for sure.
I know one guy and he's a known bullshitter, so no.
A pastor from around my hometown and his wife got it. His symptoms were more on the mild side, despite his age, but still stayed at a hospital 3 days but was released. His wife was unlucky. She got it so bad she had to be put on a ventilator and is now in a medically induced coma. She's gonna die.
One of the severe cases. Most cases are mild though
My girlfriends parents both have it no LARP.
They both have had high fevers for over a week now, but so far no pneumonia symptoms.
And they both got positive tests, they actually do have it.
the father of a friend of mine is positive and he's quarantined at home.
Her daughter and wife might have it as well but they won't get tested until symphtoms show up.
are you fully recovered now, like 100% back to normal?
It's a normie's disease
not friends. senpai
lold irl
I work in a hospital we got a steadily increasing number of covid pneumonias. I give it 1 week before we start triaging ventilators
Holy shit this sounds terrible. Now I'm gonna get more paranoid.
I have the opposite of lack of sense of smell. I'm constantly feeling smells that are not there, it's like I can't distinguish between imagining a smell and actually smelling it. I'm really sensitive when it comes to smells so when I smell something bad it's like it sticks in my nose for days.
Considering only .006% of the population of Earth has confirmed cases that's really not surprising. Unless you know and regularly talk to thousands of people who share details about their medical conditions with you.
had the exact same experience for a whole week a few years ago. I had the fucking flu. i felt like i was going to fucking die, and barely had any energy/strength to leave the bed.
got just back from capetown boys
hope it doesn't get hecktick there, i think you guys are going to be fucked if it reaches the slumps there...
be safe
Yeah - like I say, this was back in mid-January. I was fucked for about a week, and then still noticeably weaker for maybe 1-2 weeks more (I returned to my normal exercise/running regime, but found it more difficult). After that, I was back to normal.
When I had the symptoms paracetamol was pretty effective in reducing them, although I tried not to take it too often because I know some doctors think the fever ends more quickly if you just let your body fight it out.
Ke
If they're in the US, they won't be able to get a test unless they have symptoms
>vegan
>SSRI
sounds like a little bitch who is highly susceptible to the 5G waves.
Sounds similar to anything with high fever.
Minus the chest pain maybe.
Three friends of mine had it. It's like a very long extra bad flu. Two of them even had relapses to 39.5 degrees Celcius after they felt better.
What a homo
Didn't ever get bad enough to test but I'm pretty sure I picked it up while traveling to Las Vegas
>slight fever and sore throat at first
>this continued for a few days
>sore throat went away, replaced by headache
>finally a slight cough for a while and some congestion in my lungs/chest
One of them got it in the airplane back from Ireland. I was sitting in the same plane just somewhere else as we flew with fucking Ryanair and didn't pay extra.
One got it in Austria during skiing holidays and the third got it whilst driving him home.
I have. Im 27, and barely showing any symptoms. Started with a sore throat, then a cough, felt like taking a lot of naps(which is unusual for me), and a tiny fever for like a day. I also had some diarrhea at the start but I think that was more due to drinking a lot of beer the night before than it was COVID. Its really not that bad. I don’t usually get a fever from a cold, but i would say the overall symptoms feel like a mild cold. Entirely worth my 2 week paid quarantine. 10/10, would become infected again.
I had it. I'm okay now.
-By the 10th of march I started coughing more than usual ( I'm smoker ) so I didnt pay attention.
-By 11th, I started feeling tired, fatigue was all over my body, plus, it was hard to breath. My lungs were actually working at 75% of their capacity (body temperature was about 37ºC). -12 of march was fucked up, lungs working about 40% of their capacity, I couldn't take a deep breath without feeling a lot of pressure in my chest and I definetely had the worst night in my life, couldn't sleep (37,7ºC, not that much).
-13 like 11th
-14 my lungs were feeling nice, a little bit of pressure in my chest but nice.
-15th congs! you've survived!
Can you describe the "breathing problems"
I'm experiencing the same thing since the beginning of march, so I doubt it's corona or I would probably be dead already. But I can't stop thinking about what an awful coincidence to have breathing issues when a respiratory virus is going around.
So to sintetyze:
-Throat irritation
-Body temperature increasis ( feber )
-Pressure in the chest
-Lungs capacity reduced
-Fatigue
-Diarrhea
-Coughing
and I think that's all sympotems I had.
yeah not coming out any time soon desu
Are you memeing or did he really do all of that ? Fucking normies how
I hope you're getting a lung scan in the near future. Lung fibrosis is srs business
fucking lmao
I'm spanish so I'll have to wait several months if it is not an emergency, right now it is collapsed... or go to a private center.
