Not exactly true. There have been transformative shifts in general societal culture ever since we integrated women into the decision making process. Their priorities and ways of thinking are quite different from men and it has its major affects given enough time. Men don't put up with 30% of the emotional, pathos based bs women do.

Weak men created this situation. There are countless of men who gave credit to their wives/daufhter for their work out of misplaced galantry. Wome having no shame, they will take credit for a man's work without hesitation and actually convince herself she deserevs it.
