it's going to dump so hard

>betting against the fed
>betting against hyperinflation

Investor confidence that the fed announced infinite dollars bills, and the false hope that Republicans will pass the new Democrat covid bill
It will dump somewhere between 14-17 thousand tomorrow

>this is an indicator of clownworld
WOW bears are delusional cuçkholded retards!!

DID YOU JUST START PAYING ATTENTION TO MARKETS??

This isn’t unusual in the slightest.

AND THE ONLY REASON YOU THINK ITS CLOWNWORLD IS BECAUSE ITS NOT GOING YOUR WAY AND YOURE AFRAID YOUR PUTS WILL BE WORTHLESS!!

Shit man, I’m short the Nikkei and I’m about to be fucked royally right when they cancel the Olympics. Sometimes you get it wrong. Markets fell too far too fast and trump indicated he’s looking to end the shutdown. Injection of hopium. Shorts cover. Futures rally. We lose a few %

People are clutching at straws and desperately convincing themselves that this isn’t actually happening. The government is helping them dig the holes to bury their heads.

But it can’t last. Reality will sink in soon.

When it does, this market’s gonna bleed out like a bull whose jugular has just been slashed open with a machete.

half the country is unemployed, quarantined, broke and sick. how is the economy not at 0?

That’s not even close to true, the stock market isn’t the economy, and it isn’t a measure of how many people are under quarantine.

Do you understand much about stocks? When you buy stocks you are buying companies. Would you pay 0 for a portion of Apple or Microsoft? How about Coke? What about a company that has the has the number one most popular cancer drug in the world?

There’s so much money out there that’s earning NOTHING in interest, people have to buy bonds that are guaranteed to lose them money. Why would the stock market be at 0?

exaggerate much?

This is a bull trap, they can print infinite money, but that doesn't make productivity magically start again, it doesn't magically fix supply chain disruptions. The west is just starting to lock down, you cant buy yourself a functioning economy where there isn't any semblance of one to begin with.

>they can pump T R I L L I O N S into this shit but cant give me a thousand dollars so i can buy FOOD?
Oh I should’ve read that first to realize you know nothing about this besides the money printer meme.

Do a little research if you want to learn about this. The repo operations are not printing trillions. They’re overnight loans to banks. It’s a very bad sign and very worrisome but it’s not like they’re giving away money.

And after what happened when they DIDNT do shit like this and let Lehman brothers collapse... well the future will be a darker place if they didn’t do this shit, unless you like seeing people lost jobs, homes, cars, and hope.

It's going up because people are buying because stock prices are cheap. Some people just don't care about trying to time the bottom

It’s an oversold bounce dumbass
This is an unprecedented crash in terms of speed, depth, and lack of retracement.

The biggest %day gains have historically been made during crashes, right in there with the biggest % losses.

the end of the west just got sped up a couple hundred years (spengler model)

Doesn't matter, it's just more consolidation. Won't mean shit when you haven't had a job for a year and need to sell your stocks to live when they're still down 30% for the year, meanwhile the super rich don't need to sell their assets to live and continue buying cheap while waiting for the feds to pump their stocks back up

Someone who understands basic economy on Yas Forums? Oh wow

The Fed literally went nuclear announced they will use infinite quantitative easing to stop the economy from crashing. Of course the market is going back up. It is still down massively since the pandemic started and it remains to be seen if that Phase III bill they're trying to pass will end up being any good

It can be both, it will cool off a bit but there is no way this is the bottom.

>stocks go up because the value of your money goes down

I'm starting to like this FED fellow, who is he?

Someone who’s trying to understand, but all of this stuff gets pretty complicated for me.

It’s extremely unlikely that it’s the bottom in my opinion, but the market doesn’t care what we think.

We need to see the market make two green days in a row before making any predictions about a bottom.

Ah yes, all this inflation the USD is experiencing?
That’s why gold is at all time highs versus the dollar? And other currencies are worth so much more?
Check the dollar index, this is a deflationary shock. If we don’t want to get caught in the Japan trap, we need to increase the supply of USD.

Not saying you are wrong but think about this. I've heard numbers being thrown around that they've given out 36 trillion in repo loans and the interest that has to be payed back is like 1.25% or something that goes towards the national debt. So assuming everything is payed back with interest that's only 450 billion that goes towards the debt. It doesn't even make a dent. We are so fucked especially when you consider that the banks suck the interest out of the population in the first place.

Considering we are about to get a report of 20 million unemployed, not really.

They will buy the amounts necessary to insure (((smooth market operation)))

number go up..but bread cost $100. wut do frens?

everything isn't about your options trading faggot. they are printing most US citizens into poverty.

Because we had 2 massive red days in a row, rebounds are always going to happen its not a straight plunge down into a crater, are you an actual retard op?

#TACHYON protocol has Cybersecurity and privacy protection fall into the trap of the centralized network

This is very true, but its also the truth that we all just go dealt a shit hand. Damned if you do damned if you don't. If we didn't stall the economy we'd have another Spanish flu once hospitals got clogged up and many more would die and the economy would still take a hit. We all got fucked here, its basically a natural disaster, but a tad bit better because none of our infrastructure is destroyed.

they just announced that the fed will buy ANYTHING. that means debt that should be dead that won't sell on the open market will be absorbed by the Fed. This is actually preventing the market from working naturally and is indeed FUCKING MONEY PRINTING. I don't know why you want to defend the criminals at the fed.. do you even know why you are doing it?

I suggest you read Prince's of the Yen, it talks about the Japanese bubble, what was done, what should have been done and the fallout, there are some similarities. They are printing money because there is literally nothing else unless you want the economy to completely collapse. This is decades in the making.

So these are considered artificial pumps due to trading algorithms seeking known indicies considered "Safe" and parking. Rather than a pump from investors and a sign of confidence. It was being discussed on CNBC.

>do you even know why you are doing it
Partially because I had your level of understanding and also thought they were “printing” money and “pumping” the market by buying equities, and want people to understand that isn’t what is happening. That’s what the bank of Japan has resorted to, but we’re not there yet.

What has happened, which is FUCKHUGE and you’re making it seem insignificant by bullshitting about repo operations and “they’re buying everything” nonsense, is they have committed to buying CORPORATE DEBT.

THAT is huge. Even if things go well, some companies will default. So if they buy the debt in any of those companies, THEN they have printed money. If those companies cannot cover the cost of their corporate bonds with their liquidated assets, THEN the difference is effectively printed money.

It’s a very troubling development. And honestly, as an American who doesn’t want to see everything collapse around me and people slumming on the streets more than they already are, who doesn’t want to see a greater depression, think that is the best option. As long as they do it carefully. Shale frackers and cruise ships and other companies that were already up to their tits in debt they were never going to get out of shouldn’t get shit.

>They’re overnight loans to banks
yeah, with 'printed' money

With loans covered by collateral, US treasuries.
If they’re printing money every night then you might as well say they’re burning it every morning.

will they buy chainlink

money isn't real

Does anyone ELSE hate when OTHER people type like THIS.

trump told the economy to go back up
chad trump

Did you sell? HAHAHAHAHAHA

NOOOOO ITS TOO BIG TO FALLL WE NEED MORE BONUSES FOR OUR CEOS FOR SAVING THE MEME ECONOMY NOOOOOOO YOU CANT CALL ME A COMMIE BECAUSE TRUMP SAID HES NOT A COMMIE NOOOOO NOT MY STOKARINOOS

All that shit was priced in already, retard.

Tourism shutting down, auto industries shutting down, aircraft industry shutting down, etc was already priced in.

The price increase is because of new information that paints a more optimistic picture

Learn 2 markets.

Life will be hell for a long time

>50% unemployment
It's 30%.
Also, you should be scared once it stop going up.
The whole world should.

>stocks only go down in a straight line
where did all of these dumb bears come from

>you cant buy yourself a functioning economy
You can when you literally print unlimited money

>they can pump T R I L L I O N S into this shit but cant give me a thousand dollars so i can buy FOOD?

Attached: 1580573935412.png (391x338, 36.16K)

because its all fucking speculation, perceptions, speculation, and they're literally playing monopoly with other peoples fake money

>fed cant stop fucking pumping the $$ for billionaires who might lose several summer houses
>seems like the dems would lose anyway and by the time stimulus is approved, the fat cats peaced out
>corona chan would still be ravaging for at least june-july
>fucking retards still going for spring break and farmers markets
>unemployment up to 30%
>tfw all you have one off 1200-2400 neetbux
CLOWN USA

I think you're being kind of pedantic.
All anyone needs to understand is that the Fed can infinitely absorb bank assets as collateral and provide money in return to provide liquidity and attempt to stop the bleeding. Because this consulted chain of collaterized debt obligations is effectively meaningless in the face of what's happening, it doesn't seem inappropriate to use the phrase "printing money" for the sake of brevity.

Convoluted*** not consulted

No you cant. Printing money does not produce anything. It does not create wealth, and thus does not produce a functioning economy.

>50 percent is high unemployment

Umm actually sweetie, 50 percent uemployment was normal when women didn't work and old people could retire idiot

Seething Bobo btfo lmao lol at you

>Umm actually sweetie
ironically or not, fucking kys

Attached: 1578387527551.jpg (600x434, 34.13K)

bears are dumb by design

Ackshully, to be unemployed means that you are applying for jobs. Simply not having a job does not classify you as unemployed.

>Do a little research if you want to learn about this. The repo operations are not printing trillions. They’re overnight loans to banks.

the absolute state

Attached: 1545097401775.jpg (618x411, 81.31K)

Another dead cat bounce. Just check the charts. We're at the beginning of recession.

>The repo operations are not printing trillions. They’re overnight loans to banks. It’s a very bad sign and very worrisome but it’s not like they’re giving away money.
>
This info is over a week out of date.
They're gonna be purchasing MBS, Bonds and a shitload other stuff with fresh money.

>how is this going up?
Stock market is an abstraction.

kek
what are the chances they actually close the markets though? I got puts open that I want to profit off of to buy more BTC and UND before the end starts

we should change our currency to decentralized pattern to overcome this disadvantage, similarly we need to change our internet into decentralized protocol there are very few firms in world working on it one of them is #Tachyon protocol they have exciting services which have good potential in future to grow.

Trump is going to send people back to work, which is the right thing to do. This manufactured mass hysteria will fade and the corporate class will have extracted its bailout. We're near the bottom or we may have already reached it.

So NEETs are not unemployed?
