Seems like a fairly elaborate conspiracy is what you’re suggesting. The whole point of science is that it’s intended to be tested and disproven: given the preponderance of evidence I’m inclined to believe that infectious diseases are in fact a thing and are caused by microbes. I’m not discounting that there are environmental effects that may predispose people to infection, sort of as you describe, but ultimately the evidence strongly suggests that pathogenic microbes are a thing and do cause disease. I’m willing to keep an open mind, but like I said, based on the best evidence available to me I think you’re wrong.
