I have done nothing besides buy SPY puts on pumps or green days for the past month and my account has exploded upwards, I suggest you do the same, COVID-19 is only going to get worse before it gets better.
PLUS, Congress isn't even in session until the 23rd, so no stimulus this coming week.
TL;DR: SPY puts 10/15% OTM at least a month out to be safe from a bounce.
# It’s nothing... People are just panicking, but in reality the markets are anticipating everything from unemployment to a shrinking GDP. Bad News is becoming less and less relevant (no more 2000+ point swings) which shows that markets are stabilizing and are prepared for worst case scenarios, which wasn’t the case one months ago.

This. My inlaws worried themselve into believing the had the beer flu. Since my wife was around her mom recently, she became convinced her and I had the flu and gave it to anyone we've seen for the past two weeks.
