Buy a small business from a boomer. They’re selling for pennies on the dollar and with any management skills you’ll payoff whatever loans you take to buy it within 3 years and just be raking in cash. Avoid restaurants though.

Real estate is pretty based but go commercial. Residential tenants are massive headaches and buyers/sellers are hyper emotional and unreasonable.

you just luck into it, i got a BS in biochem which I assumed was worthless but after 2 years of smoking weed post graduation and 7 months of job search found well paying work that allows me to WFH and with zero supervision or anyone bothering me as long as I get my shit done(which takes me 3 hours of actual work on average, the rest 5 hrs i am shitposting, jacking off, watching movies)

I was at a very similar spot. I would practice local where people actually know of your law school.
I fucked my gpa up 1L and ended barely midpack. It didnt matter. Passing the bar is more important. GPA only matters for the extreme top.
I got a job by talking to judges. One extremely kind one got me in contact with a young attorney who showed me the ropes. Eventuall he left, and I took over his spot. I just kinda moved on from there.
Most of my practice is criminal law because its fun and it seems easier to start off in.

If you want to do criminal law, work as an investigator. Its extremely helpful. If that doesnt work, intern at the PDs office. (PD can be an ok career, but it depends heavily on your area). Working at either will open doors.

Forgot to say, when you start out, you cant do it by yourself. You need to have someone to teach you how it actually works. Practical knowledge for even basic stuff like how much to charge is extremely easy to mess up. (Also take all of their motions, never write your own)

people who work in offices know that a good 4 hours is wasted daily AT LEAST. between coffee breaks, vape breaks, walks, chats, waiting for meetings to start, hiding in meeting rooms when you only needed 15 minutes of the booked hour, being interrupted by passers by, shift start standup meetings, conference calls, fucking around on your cellphone, looking at news or sports or stock market...

It takes more work as a manager, but I had to make an itinerary for each of my staff for the work they did. If they completed it before 5:00pm, I didn't care that they would just go down to the break room and socialise or play games at their desks. Giving a good worker more work for being efficient at working is just going to teach them how to slow down.

Here in the states businesses are often sold by brokers, many have online listings of what is available in a given area. You might have to arrange financing but it's worth looking into.
