I live in a solid middle lower class neighborhood and some millionaire from Mexico came in and bought five houses in the neighborhood that have been run down. He's a retard, so he way overpaid for them and then he tried to flip them for almost 75% higher than market value. After a year of no movement, he put them all on section 8 and a bunch of niggers moved in all of them. Those two bedroom one bathroom houses were renting for $800 a month before and now he's getting $1600/month from section 8 vouchers. The niggers have already trashed the houses and crime has shot up, but the housing prices in this neighborhood shot up almost 50% in the last six months just because of him doing that.
