modern commies are unironically just the same kind of paternalists that made up Wilhelmine Germany, when danger arrives they want a higher authority to take care of them. They're shocked that their landlords (who they see once a month at best) aren't treating them like their own children now that the going is tough, because there are no transactions between equals in the modern commie's mind, only relationships between master and slave. And they identify as slaves.

I'd be afraid to post shit like that since some fucker might kill me, but it seems that people aren't angry enough.

>I spent every last cent in my bank account on vacations and wine and can't even afford one fucking month's rent ahead of time

You deserve homelessness if you do this.

>Millions of Americans live paycheck-to-paycheck and literally cannot afford hospital bills or insurance due to rising costs of living
>"Wow poorfag tenants should have been saving up :^)" scoffs the landlord who cannot survive a tenant being sent home by the government and not being given the paycheck they were going to use to pay said landlord

The real estate crash is coming.

This pandemic turned me into a commie in a matter of weeks. Eat the rich.

>landlord can't afford to miss one month's rent during a national crisis

They deserve to be strung up by the neck if they act like greedy faggots.

FIRM
HANDSHAKES

>she had the audacity to tell me i couldn't live in her house for free reeeeeeee

Kek he will be lynched in the street by an angry mob. And he deserves it.

>enough money saved up to make my mortgage note for 10 years
AHAHAH FAGGOT

>This pandemic turned me into a commie in a matter of weeks. Eat the rich.
The nazbol uprising is inevitable.

Nah, as soon as the market begins correcting itself those vacant houses will be bought up by investors.

Based Trump saved low IQ people like her from getting kicked out of her home.

Commies been seething since 1980

imagine bunch of zoomers finding this boomer and start coughing on him.

Just sell the appartments back to your jew bank at a loss xD

>waaa waaa im a white woman

>bought up by investors
...and? There are presently mass-layoffs and tons of Americans are receiving literally zero income for weeks, and it could extend into months if this isn't resolved quickly. You'll have tons of empty and valueless properties that people will not be able to afford to either purchase or begin renting. After the mess has been resolved and isolation and job restrictions have been lifted, it will still be weeks before millions of people get new jobs to replace the old jobs they couldn't secure, and it will be a minimum a month before financially they start getting the wheels moving again. In all of that time, your properties are just lost capital that won't see any returns. Do you really think it will be a wise purchase?

This. It would be a lot simpler too if the landlords simply paused rent payments and then filed with either their insurance agency or FEMA or the appropriate government agency for emergency relief aid. This way when relief aid comes the government won't get overwhelmed with millions of individuals filing for

That is exactly what I’m afraid will happen, VC funds will be buying everything in sight

He's not wrong. How many of those same Americans blow their savings on dumb shit like new iPhones every year? How many are tied up in debt because they decided to buy some big dick Cadillac instead of getting a used Honda because it just werks? I'm not saying that people should just never spend money and live without nice things, but the spending habits of the average person are clown shit. Hell, look at how fat the average person is from blowing their money on fast food instead of buying ingredients and making their own, healthier meals that are often cheaper than what Taco Bell would provide.

>rentier class from extracting rents
ha ha

VC funds are willing to let companies go by ten years without making any actual profit. Real estate is an actual investment opportunity if you have the cash and are willing to buy and remodel everything in sight imagine an Uber sized company buying up every bit of real estate out there in the world, they can actually do it, and they can wait for renters, they will do the same model of offering cheap as fuck rents for the first few years and slowly putting the screws on tenants.

You signed a contract faggot. Sure, you can miss the rent. And I'll evict you and put it on your credit since you clearly can't take care of yourself. Maybe go on Section 8 sometime since you're such a short sighted little nigger baby.

I'm a 25 year old self-made landlord carrying tons of student loan debt of my own and you can't afford next months' rent. Literal bug person. At the very least leave this board until you've learned your ABC's.

>implying evictions aren't on pause atm
LARP and cringepilled

I know I'm not wrong. I'm 25. I'm in the thick of this consumerist faggotry. I grew up poor. I know to save months ahead of time. I saved to buy my own rentals and have mortgage/tax payments of my own to account for. The fact that these people think "I haven't saved enough for the next 2 weeks" is an excuse is pathetic to a point that I can't articulate in text. These commie fags say it makes them murderous well I'd welcome the opportunity to put bullets in their heads myself and get off with a simple self defense acquittal.

The proceedings are paused. They will still get triggered and resume once the pause is over. That's just delaying the inevitable, you are still on the hook for that month's rent as per the contract you signed.

>Another shill leftypol thread highlighting a couple of assholes to justify system change

Fuck off

Months for the even somewhat decent jobs. The job market was overesaturated BEFORE the crash. The numbers haven't changed, there's just going to be less jobs available. Hope you can start a business.

Honestly, these people's drinking habits could pay the rent twice over.

Quite literally. Not a cent given to me by my parents, grew up in the ghetto, took out loans to account for what scholarships couldn't cover in school, got a good degree and job and saved up enough to start buying properties that I personally fix and take care of. You people are disgusting if you can't handle 2 months of babby tier life expenses for the unforeseen calamity. What were you going to do if you got fired or laid off? Whine to your landlord like he's your mom?

They’re not exactly wrong, rent seeking is a literal cancer to the economy, it generates no wealth, if anything it drains the economy at large of money that could be spent else where imagine how much more money would be spent if people didn’t have to spend 70% of their income on rent? Give people opportunities to buy homes and stay within the 1/3 rule and you’d have a much better economy

If I want to I could even safe money and I live with a budget of around a 1000 dollars a month.

>ABC's.
No wages = no rent money = you can't afford next months loan payments.
Lower the rent temporarily, help them with getting loans to pay and a payment plan or just slowly go bankrupt yourself.

Lol good luck with the filing glut. You'll finally get to hurt their credit in 3 years lmao. Besides, if you really were a landlord you would know that it a.) Is expensive to file and b.) Much more profitable to give an otherwise good tenant who pays on time under normal circumstances and doesn't mess with your place a 1 month break during a crisis if they need it.

A real landlord would know that a good tenant is a valuable asset to waste just because unpaid leave was foisted upon them. I bet most real landlords will look at it this way.

T. My parents actually used to rent out property

Americans could actually live like that if money didn't continue to flow up. Don't get me wrong, you have some great points, but last year it was supposed that only 3-3.6% of Americans had a decent foundation for retirement, all whilst banks pulled in trillions.

>You people are disgusting if you can't handle 2 months of babby tier life expenses for the unforeseen calamity.
just say it, we know you want to, drop the M-word.

this guy knows

there are AT LEAST five simps out there that would give her lodging in exchange for one feet pic a month

loving the influx of leftypol commie seetheposting recently. thank you coronachan!

The Day of the Final Coof draws near, boomer.

How about fuck no, fuck you, and I would only consider charity for people who aren't self entitled fucks who expect me to immediately foot the bill the moment they were out of work rather than doing the absolute, ABSOLUTE bare minimum of having a month's rent saved ahead of time.

Like what in the fuck are you doing with your money if you can't handle that? I could handle that in college. I'm not going to "slowly go bankrupt", I'm going to kick your ass out for being such an unworthy, short sighted retard. As I said, go apply for Section 8 with the other nigger babies who don't know how to wipe their own ass or feed themselves.

when enough of this happens prices will naturally correct lower if landlords want tenants. they'll take what they can get

>THA CONTRACT GOY NOOOOOO YOU HAVE TO OBEY THE CONTRAAACTTT

Great frog, saved

Limiting an investors ability to make profit and do things with their own investment is not good for investor confidence.

This is true. The bad landlords will likely kick out current tenants and lose future income until they change their ways. Let them fall. They aren't heeding sound advice.

>How about fuck no
Fine go bankrupt retard. Evict the meth heads you chose to deal with at the worst possible time for you.

he's right

>Lol good luck with the filing glut. You'll finally get to hurt their credit in 3 years lmao. Besides, if you really were a landlord you would know that it a.) Is expensive to file and b.) Much more profitable to give an otherwise good tenant who pays on time under normal circumstances and doesn't mess with your place a 1 month break during a crisis if they need it.

You're right. A good tenant would work with me to set up a repayment plan, and at least have one month's rent ready beforehand. You are not good tenants, you're demanding a landlord foot the bill IMMEDIATELY. 2 FUCKING WEEKS BEFORE RENT IS DUE.

The point where you start talking about "relief" is when months have gone by and savings are drained, not the exact moment you're out of work. People lose their jobs all the time, good tenants with credit have something in their bank accounts ready to go for when the chips are down.

Millenial? Lmfao, I am one. You're damn right kids my age can't handle $1k in savings when every last cent goes towards booze, iPhones, Starbucks, knickknacks on Amazon, and Instagram vacations. I'm drowning in this culture.

Real estate is fundamentally different sector and there should be lots of regulations limiting what an investor should be able to do. A free for all in the real estate business isn’t good for anyone

You're right, and I respect the market. Rents may go down. I'm not going to sit here and take L after L every month regardless. I have a big payment I owe too, I'm not telling USBank to pay for my existence.

I didn't. I do a thorough background check and credit screening. I'll still go ahead and chastise the commie runts in these threads who think it's time for their glorious Marxist revolution.

If you didnt want to become homelees due to a financial crisis you should have simply become rich enough to ride it out. Anyone who doesnt do this deserves to die. All hail the infinite wisdom of the world monetary system.

>land lords foot the bill
Everything's on pause. You aren't footing any bill. Anyways you can't evict them right now and it's in the tenants best interest to not pay even if they have the funds and then wait and see if aid comes later. If aid comes then they can pay off back rent with that. If it doesn't then they can reassess and either set up a payment plan or whatever but for the moment everyone just has to hang tight and be patient because this economy is dead for the next 30 days whether any of us like it or not.

until mid/end of May in Italy, so +2 weeks elsewhere apart from China
