The property management company at my last place would send emails to EVERY tenant, days before rent was, full of ATTN URGENT type language, reminding you that rent was going to be due.
It would inevitably freak everyone out because you see URGENT and RENT on an email from someone who never contacts you, and you think your rent payment didn't go through or something.
When I tried explaining to them that freaking out paying tenants while still being ignored pay the delinquent tenants (who also ignore phone calls, on site visits, and lawsuits...) was pretty fucking stupid, I was ignored.

As a landlord myself, if anyone tried to talk shit to me how i am valueless to society or that what i am doing is scummy then they'd get an earful. I do this because it makes me money and its easier than a 9-5.
