On one hand we had a booming economy, with lowest unemployment... now we are going to ZERO interest rates, so you wont have any return on your cash and historically, housing prices are propped up by low interest. How can you have a housing bust and zero rates at the same time? Also debt and credit risk is at all time highs. Low rates ultimately hurt banks because they get lest return on their loans. This is a very very fucked up situation. Nothing ever like it before.
