If you have the private key for the ETH wallet, you can use the same one for an Idena wallet
The core of Idena is a fork from ETH
If you're on a Mac and you have Idena wallet installed, your private key is here:
~/Library/Application Support/Idena/node/datadir/keystore/nodekey
Just replace the contents of that file with your ETH private key and open Idena again

It's possible, but it compromises the entirety of the security of your Ledger
You can generate the private keys from your Ledger's seed phrase
Just look for BIP39 mnemonic converters online
You enter your seed phrase, and it gives you a list of private keys derived from it
With any luck, the first one in the list is the one that was used
You can download a BIP39 generator and use it on an air-gapped machine for extra security
HOWEVER, typing in your seed phrase into a computer and seeing the private key defeats the whole point of having a Ledger
Even if it's on an air-gapped computer, you're still gonna copy over the private key to an online computer to use with the Idena wallet
And the whole point of a Ledger is that your private key NEVER leaves the device
But you can generate a new address on your Ledger and copy all your ETH/ERC20 onto the new one
Then it won't matter that the first private key has been copied onto a computer
Depending on your tolerance for risk, that's probably acceptable
It would be acceptable for me if the amount of DNA was high enough
But again, I have to stress that you need to use an air-gapped computer that you will wipe afterwards for generating the private key from the seed phrase
The seed phrase is the key to all the private keys your Ledger can generate, it's the holiest of holies
Another alternative is to move all your funds from the Ledger to a regular wallet
Then randomly make up your own new seed phrase (you have to pick from the right set of words though)
Then restore your Ledger from that new seed phrase, and copy all your funds back onto it
Then you can type in your original seed phrase directly into a BIP39 generator website, for all you care, and throw it away afterwards
