you have to assume that after every use of a n95, the exterior is contaminated. so no, you can't reuse it without risk of self-contamination. cleaning the exterior also runs the risk of damaging the filtering properties of the mask. if you are in a very high risk area, it should be discarded after you remove it. if you work with dust and non-infectious materials, you can reuse until it becomes difficult to breathe.
