BTC and most other crypto projects are essentially circumventing the government's ability to tax and spend with impunity. If you feel like this is a net drain on your life because of the ensuing taxes, then you're into crypto. If you think this is okay because you're a likely recipient of government intervention / spending , then you don't see the point in crypto
