I mean it is a movie with a bunch of really good ideas that could be even better if the script got one or two more drafts. The thing that bothers me whenever I watch it is that they didn't explore the characters enough. The world is great, the action scenes are great, it's just that you don't really get a good feeling for the characters which would bring the movie to the next level. I mean Van Zan is the only name I can ever remember because Bale and Butler and Woman are all really bland.
